So glad we found Karma Flooring ! What a great business, from the minute we walked into the showroom in Bayswater we were greeted by Fran who quickly identified what we needed and steered us to the right product, samples were arranged for us to try in our home within minutes!

Exceptional Service!!! Karma Flooring truly goes above and beyond to take care of clients, regardless of the sales size. No task is too small for them. We visited Karma flooring last Saturday afternoon wanting to purchase a small piece of architrave (not able to find in Bunnings), The sales executive at Karma went through the warehouse patiently trying to find us a matching piece, for ONLY a few dollars worth. We were so moved and thankful. Will always engage Karma for all our flooring renovation jobs moving forward.

My sincerest thanks to Fran, Bayswaters’ Operations Manager. I was in the need of material for a project at home. When welcomed into the store by Fran, I explained my situation. Not needing a full roll, Fran invited me through into the tidiest warehouse in Melbourne and promptly found a remnant roll of foam underlay. Generously, Fran offered me the roll, which I graciously accepted. Half way back to my car with half a roll of underlay under my arm, I fully appreciated the feeling of good karma. If your looking for flooring, I wholly recommend your visit Karma!

Karma Flooring Bayswater have been exceptional in every way. I think I have at some point had dealings with the whole team, Kieran, Fran, Rick and Janelle have all been unbelievably patient with my questions and demands. Genuine care for the customer and pride in ones work is often not easy to find these days however Karma has this in bucket loads. They also know their products inside and out and helped navigate through the huge choice of flooring resulting in us having a floor that is both stunningly gorgeous and hugely practical. Owen and Brody also did a brilliant job installing and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment I stepped into the showroom Rick was so helpful. I’d had two quotes prior to going to Karma and I had a gut feeling those companies weren’t being honest and I was right! Rick was so knowledgeable. We choose 1 in 20 laminate in spotted gum. They let me take samples home (full length boards). Fran, who is such a joy to deal with, went out her way to match the scotia as best she could. Brody and his team did an absolutely amazing job fixing our slab (we had had slate removed) and laying the flooring. The cost of the flooring installation was so so reasonable. After 25 years of having slate my dream of floorboards has come true and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. Karma you are a hidden gem and I’m so glad I walked into your showroom! Thank you!!!

Great service, good price on timber floorboards. Used Brody from Coleman Flooring who did an amazing job with install and was super friendly and professional.

We've been shopping around for flooring for some time, knowing we wanted to replace our property's carpet and vinyl with floorboards throughout. We consulted all of the major retailers and were constantly given conflicting information as to the right product to suit our needs. When we found Karma Flooring had a 5 star Google rating we thought we'd better check them out. Rick and Keiron were so friendly and willing to spend as much time as needed to show us our options, explained the differences in product types, and recommended the absolute perfect flooring. They recommended Wesley and the team at Advanced Floor Installations who came out and accurately measured up our requirements. All lines of communication were open and transparent, and the entire result came in at far less than the major retailers for a more superior product. To say we are happy is an understatement. We would have zero hesitation in recommending Karma Flooring to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

I had been to various flooring places to get the right advice about what type of flooring be suitable and left knowing no more than I did. A friend recommended that I should try Karma Flooring. Fran who works at the Bayswater store was just wonderful. Fran answered all my questions, showed me options. I ordered my new floors that day, I am so happy with my new laminated floors. They look amazing and Owen and his team who did the flooring did a fantastic job. Going back again to get my landing upstairs to be done and hybrid flooring for the laundry. Thank you!
