Avoid this establishment for tax returns. My fiancee was 'promised' that she would receive x amount for her tax return by Rahul. When he asked us to sign documents, we noticed that the estimated amount was SUBSTANTIALLY less than what he 'promised'. We simply called him and he told us not to worry, even though we were hesitant to sign the document. After the return was lodged, of course we only got what was estimated. After probing him through texts, missed calls and conversations. He said continuously that he would look into it. He promised to call back 3 times, in which he never did. It was difficult to get in contact. It's not been months and still nothing. It's sad as I have been using this place for almost 4 years. I will no longer be going here for returns, again it is sad that I am even writing such a review.
