Anaconda Hawthorn East

An awesome looking new store, lots of great lines for those who like to get outdoors. This is located inside the old Masters store and looks like there will be other businesses joining in, which will make it a great one stop shop location.
There are many great bargains to be had with some new items at 50% off.
This will be my go to place for all my gear.

Nice , clean , huge and Plenty of options, plenty of car park , public toilet and very good service. I’m so happy to see this nice shop for eastern Siberia we really needed it.

I went to Amazon the other day. I was assisted by a young man named Liam. Liam was incredibly helpful despite telling me he is only new to the company. None -the-less Liam is an assets to this company and I hope he receives the accreditation he deserves. A very happy customer!

A huge store bought a little buddy outdoor butane gas heater works like a charm *l also purchased a Reid electric scooter for my girlfriend around about Xmas* I think she's done 500 miles on it!!!!! ** Then. It needed a sevice* anaconda did for $30 * very happy with this store

I was at Anaconda picking up some food for my boys, but I am unfortunately short. I asked this nice foreign man to give me a boost up to the shelf, so went under me and gave me a piggyback to get the food. He is a very nice boy.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my jacket, going back a second time and I got a smooth exchange. They were really good about it. I researched winter down jackets and they are best value. They will now be my first stop for outdoor adventure wear

This store is the one where I have bought the most fishing gear in Australia. James always puts himself in the customer's shoes as much as possible to understand and help them, and is extremely professional and committed, which makes me feel that I trust him and trust this store to give me the best service and products, which makes my shopping experience in this store perfect and happy every time.

Margie was great in sorting out a bike light they had a problem. Rapidly found a solution- no fuss, sorted in one visit. Excellent customer service

I had to return some shoes that I had purchased online and had fallen apart before the warranty expired. The staff and manager were very helpful with sorting out the issue. The shop itself is very well organised with a great range of outdoor equipment.

Great store for so many things, not just camping

I went to the Box Hill store a few days ago and had a pretty terrible experience which meant I had to go to this store to get what I was after. Walked in expecting something similar but had a fantastic experience thanks to Darcy. Sorted us out and was great to deal with. Will just head here next time!

Great store with everything you might be looking for. Cooper in the fishing department gave my son and I great advice and took us through tips on the reel we purchased. A fishing expert is not always available - which I think they should be - but Cooper was fantastic.

The staff here are so helpful and directed me into the correct area of the store to purchase what I needed. The store is extremely clean and you can tell they take pride in their work. Thank you for your help!

Hi to the great team of Anaconda & a very big thank you to Tony in bikes for putting together my bike & fitting such a comfortable seat & going above & beyond in making sure everything was safely checked before I road away. While Tony was getting my bike ready, Ryan approached me to see if I would like assistance with anything & walked me to were I could find some other things I needed to purchase. It is so refreshing to go into an establishment with such friendly staff approaching you with smiles & courtesy, it shows you are all passionate about your work in your work ethic there of high standards in customer service. On finalising my purchases, Nick was very attentive & so courteous in assisting me with all my purchases & checking if i had everything to ride out the door safely with my lovely bike.

Alicia, you didn't work that day, however a special thanks to you also for assisting me over the phone & putting aside the supportive padded tights for riding & recommending the extra padded gel seat cover in addition to the seat I was getting changed with Tony.

To anyone reading this, I highly recommend shopping here for the high quality of knowledgeable, & firstly courteous shopping experience of such a passionate wonderful team.

Phoned Hawthorn store to find the only local stock left, I asked if possible to have it delivered to the Hoppers Crossing store and was told "yes, we will have it there tomorrow."
When I collected this very large fridge, I was told that Matt from Hawthorn store had delivered the fridge in his own car on his way to a family function!!
Thankyou!!
The huge fridge is now in use and cooling drinks for the family camping trips.

It was my first ever time in an Anaconda store and Nick provided incredible service. He made me feel relaxed when buying my first pair of hiking boots. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect fit. I will be returning to Anaconda entirely because of him.

I was impressed because all the staff members are really nice and would always lend a hand be it instore or through call. The shop looks small at the outside but it is also huge with great selections. 🎉

What a great store they've got everything you require also they have one in Frankston as well as Hawthorn I dealt WITH a staff member called Adam this morning I needed to returned a particular item.Without any hassles whatsoever because I had my receipts which is very important for ease of returns and I purchased some items as well the staff are great people to deal with and the online buying is quite good as well regards Mark Wilden
