Staff on desk need to look more excited at their job. 😀
No smile, eye contact, thought one of the girls was going to throw my bag - burger and chips at me....looked so disinterested in her job.

Perfect burgers bought 3 veggie and one chicken burger delicious and Perfect test and staff is super friendly they give me 4 glasses on Christmas thank you guys

I asked for freshly cooked and I got it, just had to wait about 5 minutes.

They make the burger exactly look like as they advertisement. Food was fresh and warm.

Extremely impressed with the customer service provided to me on Monday night by Olivia. Outstanding service, she held conversation well and answered al my questions in the most respectful manner. 01.10.22 Saturday 8pm ish. Manager went above and beyond for the service given to me. Wont say what happened due to copycats who might try and scam the system but bruh, this team on tonight rocked it.
Plus I came in to a 5 car drive thru pileup that just disappeared before my eyes. Next Saturday night I'm going back to give them some well earned tips.
Unbelievable effort and work ethic. Enforces my decision to choose Hungry Jacks over McD when McD is a 1min drive from where I live.

Staff are very nice so is the food whoppers etc. usally 1-2 staff in the morning but not busy and quick service

Olivia is a great person had a lovely chat with her drinks are also good and quick service

Somehow always really slow when you go in to order so always take the drive thru as they are much quicker at getting your food to you. Best hot chocolates!

Ringwood Hungry Jacks is by far the best Hungry Jacks around. The staff are amazing and very friendly. I will bypass other Hungry Jacks store to go to this one.

The burgers are better at hungry jacks

I have been here several times.
Food is usually good, and the chips are always hot.
The Ice Cream and Thickshake machines can break a little often, but the staff are usually very cheerful and happy to help.
Tables do get messy overnight (it's 24 hour).
They take allergy stuff pretty seriously, too, so if you need to, say something!
As a bonus, one of the managers has memorized my usual order.

Love this Hungry Jack's restaurant. Customer service is almost always pleasant and fast. We buy our burgers using coupons from the website. So much savings! The BBQ cheeseburger this morning was the best. Our family definitely loves the burgers at Hungry Jack's!
