I had booked with SIXT and they did not take digital card, so my booking could not proceed (terms and conditions, accepted the digital licence). Kangaroo rentals helped and offered better value car for less. Will definitely book with them next time

I landed at Avalon Airport on 25 April. We rented a car from another agency and had a problem that’s agency couldn’t give us a choice and a car, so we sat there for 30-40 minutes to find a solution, But we were the luckiest to meet a man there to help us. I forgot his name but will remember this experience forever. He is a very kind and wonderful person. we got a car travelling to get the best holiday. Appreciate. Thank you

Very easy transaction. Car was lovely to drive ( Toyota rav 4 ) . Service by Manu was excellent. Being a hybrid fuel economy was great. Price was cheaper than the others. While I was waiting for my flight home, Manu returned my phone charger that I left in the car. Definitely found a repeat customer here. Thanks

Super helpful when renting a moving truck even though Avalon Airport was closed.

Made a call booking (international numbers not accepted for online bookings) with these guys and got no reservation conformation email from them due to a simple error of misspelling my email. I call up and ask to have the email error amended which is done without issue only to find that my booking had been submitted for the wrong dates. I ask to have the dates changed accordingly to my requirements and all of a sudden I'm paying an additional $110 more than the online advertised price. I bring this up with the receptionist and she goes on to tell me that they can't honor the online price which is weird, I ask why? I then get answered rudely and the receptionist ends the call abruptly. This reviews is purely for the receptionist that spoke to me and not for anyone or anything else to be frank, previous receptionist I had spoken to was well spoken.

You pay for what you get, never again.
Tried to add on additional charges that were not in the contract when we returned the car and we are still waiting for our $1000 depost to be returned a week after the car was returned.
