Chilangos Mexican Cantina - Docklands

Went with a colleague for the first time today and had the burrito bowl with fried fish. It was a soulfully delicious meal and one that will definitely see me going back for more. The ambience is heart-filling and every bit of the experience felt well thought through. Hands down, the best Mexican food I’ve tasted to date in Melbourne.

Delicious foods and clean dining environment.

We ordered a burrito and a bowl. With the spicy sauce. I ordered the fish. The combination was tasty and the music was amazing. We ate around 1:15 on a Friday and it was relatively empty.

Came across this Mexican place by chance. What a great chance! Service was great, and the food even better. Food size very generous for price. Left so full and happy. Will be back!

loved this place! Burrito bowl with the fried fish was amazing. Quantity wise perfect for one person, price wise was a bit $$ but no complaints. loved the place and definitely coming back next week.

Nice food and ambience for a work day lunch/ catch up. Ordered nachos and it was very yummy and loaded with ingredients

Good food at a good price. Enjoyed the ambiance and service. The only thing I didn’t like was being served food in takeway/throwaway containers and utensils when dining in. The restaurant should assess using plates and re-usable cutlery for customers. I can only imagine the waste that is generated each day.

Review updated. They’re open again some nights now and have some delicious food and friendly service.

Lovely staff, food and drinks are amazing!!

Good place for some nice mexican food. Their burritos and tacos are really good and flavorsome... only thing is that because they are so high in demand for takeaways, there is a huge wait time specially during afternoon, with the queues almost going outside the doors. Definitely recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

I really like the nacho chips, they’re really easy to eat and delicious. Takeaway too.

Great food at great prices. They just get Mexican right. Must Visit. Don't be missing out guys, pay them a visit well worth it. You will be going back for more.

We were a group of 8 people and called 10 minutes before for lunch. Staff was super nice, polite and gave quick service. Amazing experience.
