Beautiful aesthetic inside the restaurant! All of the staff were lovely and very attentive. We were served by Josephine and she was amazing! Food not only looked great but also tasted delicious! Was recommended the pomegranate sour that was on special and it was so yummy! Will definitely be coming back! And definitely recommend to anyone who loves Italian food.

Had the most fantastic experience ai cinque. The restaurant looks very picturesque outside but it fades in comparison to the combination of delicious food, perfect service and family atmosphere. We started off with espresso Martini's which went down a treat. The beef cheeks accompanied by the potatoes were full of flavour and the beef pulled apart in the plate. My date enjoyed the gnocchi which was cooked to perfection .The recommended deconstructed tiramisu was an original take on my favourite dessert. The was it was served up gave the dish an additional level of texture that it usually lacks. We finished off with lemon cello from Italy, our wonderful waitress recommended. Special mention to Josephine our waitress, made us feel part of the family and we didn't stop laughing. Such great service from all staff. I wish I could give 10 stars. Will be back soon

I had to choose a restaurant midway between our house and our friends' house. Ringwood was the answer and we struck gold when I chose Cinque Ristorante for our dinner. Everything was outstanding - from booking, confirmation, parking, greeting, being seated at our table and the ongoing service from the many staff during the evening. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager (I apologise to him but I have forgotten his name!) gave exceptional advice on the menu and the wine list. Our sommelier (Maria?) was brutally honest with her wine advice, even providing a small taste of one wine which she did not think would be to our taste - she was correct. All of the food was delicious and delivered on a timely basis - not too quick, allowing us plenty of time for conversation. We had such a great time that I think the staff were thinking of turning off the lights in order to get us to leave.

This Italian family-run restaurant was a delight from start to finish. Freshly made traditional dishes with a modern twist that left me wanting more. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

A seafood dream come true! The dish was simple yet elegant, allowing the freshness of the scallops to shine through. The light zucchini was the perfect complement to the crispy bites, making me feel like I was sitting next to the ocean.

House-made tagliolini pasta with prawns and roasted tomato sauce. Wow, was this dish a pasta lover's dream! Prawn bites were a good ratio to the pasta. The thick sauce coated the strands evenly, with a slight spice kick adding a pleasant heat. The fried basil and chives on top were an aromatic delight to the senses. I could've eaten this all day!

I went here with my family for my birthday for lunch. It wasn't very busy that day so we had great service. We had some oysters and then a main with some sides followed by desert. Drinks were a couple of cocktails and an Italian red wine. Everything we had was very good. There were no complaints from anyone. If you want to go to a fancy restaurant in Ringwood then this is a good option. There aren't really any other similar options around the area at the moment.

A big wow! We had heard great things from close friends and family, and now we can confirm that Cinque is a standout!

This fancy restaurant is top quality. From the design / layout, friendly bar staff, wait staff and managers to top notch food!

What we ordered:
🍸 French martini
🍸 Spicy marg (on the specials board)
🧀 Burrata and prosciutto
🍝 Potato gnocchi - 5 cheese, honey and walnuts
🥩 Pork cotoletta
🍰 Deconstructed tiramisu

Need a strong cocktail? These are it! You honestly only need one (or two) but they were excellent.

Now, coming from an Italian household, burrata and prosciutto are staples so this dish was heaven on a plate - the best part is was accompanied by breadcrumbs! This starter is must get.

As for the mains - wowweee gnocchi and walnuts together are just exquisite. I was loving this combo. The Pork Cotoletta (schnitzel) was cooked perfectly, it just melted in your mouth.

Because we were enjoying such great chats with Gabrielle (our waiter for the night), he showed us the dessert menu (and we were full at this stage) but once we saw the Tiramisu we knew we had to order. THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT IDEA (thanks for the prompt Gabrielle). The tiramisu was deconstructed and the flavours were intense!!

Thanks to Josephine, Gabrielle and the team for a lovely night! We had friends see some of our photos and they messaged us straight away saying they were coming next time (because they’ve also had great experiences at Cinque too).

Came here for dinner and left very happy! Ordered the pappardelle ragu, the pasta was al dente and ragu super tender full of flavour. The prawn tagliolini was so one of the best prawn pastas I’ve had! Got the salami platter to share and a glass of wine each aswell. The restaurants decor and layout was beautiful with the arch detailing at the bar and kitchen really standing out. Staff were all super friendly, shoutout to Gabi (hope I’m spelling it right) for your amazing hospitality! Highly recommend and will definitely be back☺

The waiters David and Cooper were fantastic, very friendly and professional and made our Xmas Eve even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was very romantic and the food was delicious! We ordered plenty of entrees and pizzas and were impressed by all of them! We will definitely be back and already recommended the place to friends.

Went their mid-week for dinner. We had the beef caparccio to start off. Next up, we had the slow cooked chinghiale ragu (wild boar) and veal cotoletta. The veal dish was absolutely tender and delicious. They've also got a wide range of drinks (cocktails, mocktails and wines) to choose from. Dining space and interior is stunning, we loved the vibes there!

Date night with hub @cinque_au, an Italian Restaurant which is popular among locals in Ringwood. Good choice that we booked in as our friend who stays in Ringwood recommended this place too. They were busy.

Fabulous experience! Recommended to me by many, I booked for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed! Food, cocktails, service, ambience, all amazing! Food was incredible. This place is such a wonderful find. We had the slow cooked beef cheek and the mushroom risotto. Have eaten at some of the best restaurants in Melbourne and this place was as good as any of those. Smaller servings than you’d find at your suburban Italian takeaway place but with a menu and flavours that good I promise you you’ll leave satisfied and with zero regrets. Will be back for sure.
