Burchell Panels Leongatha

We have 2 damaged cars by a recent hailstorm which we were to sell just before storm. Insurance company directed us to Burchell panels to get a second quote and their quote was accepted as it was reasonable and much more professional than the first one. Insurance company sent us the settled money however we have decided to sell the cars as they are, since we had been paid close to market price of the cars already. We have felt bad about it since Burchell panels spent so much time and expertise on these cars. We have offered to pay them for their time but they kindly refused to accept a payment. This is extremely generous at their end.
Whole process was smooth and relaxing and they have not made a fuss about us changing our minds last minute which they would be right to do so. Thank you!

Repairs to my vehicle were completed on time and at the agreed cost.

Their premises are spotlessly clean and give confidence that work will be conducted to a high standard.

I have just received my Mitsubishi Pajero Sport back from Burchells after I was involved in a serious accident on the Monash freeway 3 months ago. The delay was not Burchells fault it was due to a parts shortage. They kept me constantly updated with how the repair was going during that time. The standard of workmanship and the quality of the repair was outstanding.

Fantastic service, there was a long wait but most places have that issue at the moment. The car was not only repaired perfectly but fully detailed as well, it was a very pleasant surprise.

Fantastic service. Even though the wait for repairs was long ( issue everywhere now a days) the repairs were like new and nice friendly customer service.

Worked on my car which was an insurance claim. Excellent repair to damaged front facia. The great surprise to me though was the detailed cleaning of the car before pick up. Body, glass and interior perfect including blacking of the tyres. The car looked in showroom condition. Really didn’t expect that. Great work Burrell Panels and much appreciated.

While shopping in town I had a problem where my window dropped down and the electronics wouldn't work. I went to Burchells to get help with it and as usual they said it wouldn't be a problem. They had it fixed the next day, at a great price. They're very friendly and always do an excellent job.
