McDonald's Whittlesea

Generally when you've been to one McDonald's you've been to them all, but not in the case of the Whittlesea store! All the staff are super friendly, the food is always hot, fresh and well presented, the frappes are spot on and the coffee is great. This store should be a bench mark on how a franchise should operate! Well done to the owners & managers.

Their filet-o-fish is the best I’ve ever had in Australia. The fish was freshly well fried. Very juicy.
The cheese burger is pretty normal tho.

The girls working the coffee machine were very attentive & friendly . Great job .

It's been a while but at last I see Big Mac as it appears in Macca's Pictures. Not squashed as it used to be. Well done Macca's and the person who made it.

Good service nice and clean and friendly .

Sometimes you get served quickly sometimes it takes ages. I prefer to go to the counter and order, this went well
But the order took about 10 minutes, 10 minutes of standing around looking silly waiting for my order of a simple BIG mac and shake.
Why don’t they give a table number and let you sit down and wait. Why don’t maccas use the trays anymore for dining in.
The food tasted ordinary, the shake tasted like it wasnt mixed properly.. atleast the paper straw lasted till I finished..

Best McDonalds burger and fries I have had for a VERY long time.
The McFeast was delicious, and fries were hot and crispy.
The restaurant was nice and clean too!

Food was good. Pity about the space on Plenty Rd that allows a semi to park just before your driveway. That makes leaving the restaurant very dangerous regardless of turning left or right. Maybe you could get Vic Roads or the Council to put and Island in the parking lane to stop these massive trucks from endangering your customers.

McDs is all about the drive-thru now.
Covid changed our habits.
Going in to sit is a slow process. The drive-thru is their priority.

So, drive thru and sit in the carpark. It just works better that way.

Good in store service, well presented food.

It's McDonald's. It is fast food & not good for you.

First clean Maccas I've been to in years. Most noises from servers were muted, was nice to sit, eat and relax for a few minutes.

Now. Im a 'morning service person'. I get my coffee, most mornings from here and occasionally i get something to eat as well. The customer service in the mornings is second to none. They are always happy cheery people and nothing is too much trouble. I am also going to say that their coffee is great. Especially their soy flat white.

Great staff, very customer focused.
Store as well as Restroom very clean.

Food is always fresh and quick to serve never disappointed when I stop in

I drop my drink by my accident and i so suprised because staff do not hesitate to bring me new drink Thanks for it 😊😊😊

After complaining on here about my black tea having milk.

I called the restaurant, and they checked docket and confirmed no milk.

After I finished the job I was at, I returned and was given a replacement.

It was great and hit the spot!
Had been hanging out for a cuppa. (Been up since 4am)

I don't get McDonalds often, but this particular one always gets my order right, which is refreshing when coming to a McDonalds.
Often enough you look in the bag and find out parts of your order were incorrect, but not here.
Fast and efficient.
