The reception has been lovely and very understanding of financial situations every time I have visited the clinic. Even the pharmacy staff have been fantastic. I saw Dr Pilate Ntsuke and have been amazed by his diligence and grace during my appointments. I have never experienced such ease when visiting a clinic, so thank you!

Dr Shrilekha is amazing at this center. She is very patient, empathetic and intelligent as well. First GP i met who takes her patients seriously and is very thorough. Happy I found her.
People at reception are also nice and courageous. The medical shop inside, the person would explain and give advise on medication. The lady attending at the blood collection centre is also very good and has a light hand. Overall a good experience.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. I saw Dr Uhuegbu and found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The clinic was clean and welcoming and the reception were helpful and cheerful. I also found the fees very reasonable, much cheaper than Sydney which I am used to.

I would see Dr Uhuegbu at Arrowhead Medical Centre again.

We have been using their services for years. We normally see Dr Pilate Ntsuke, Dr George Agborchi and Dr Tariq Anwar. Dr Ntsuke was the reason our son did not die of a severe asthma attack a few years ago (he literally alerted us to the gravity of the situation and called an ambulance into the practice and off we went to the hospital). Since then, he and Dr Agborchi have been the ones treating him - they are both great with kids and our son loves them. I am not sure if Dr Anwar is still there but I have been meaning to say thank you for a while now for a long consultation we had where he helped me go through an extremely stressful work situation - I often reflect on the words of wisdom he shared with me. Additionally, things have changed at the practice over the last couple of years due to COVID-19 but I think that they changed for the best. Thanks to the wonderful receptionists who were able to fit me in at the last minute in Dec last year and then again today, when I literally thought I was dying - you have my eternal gratitude as I was able to talk to one of my favourite doctors on both occasions and got a prescription for the medicine I much needed. Keep it up :)

You are welcome. I read some of the other reviews this morning while waiting for the medical practice to open. I understand that some people may have had bad experiences and I feel for them. But as you pointed out several times, we are all just human beings and need to show empathy and be respectful towards everyone, especially those in the health care system. Was the new billing system perfect the first time? No. But how we choose to deal with the situation is a massive reflection of who we are as human beings. To me, it was just a learning phase for everyone and I just chose to be patient. Did I always get it right either? Hell no, I have accidentally booked the wrong time or the wrong doctor but I chose to acknowledge my mistakes, apologise and move on. Were there instances whereby it was unclear who got it wrong? Absolutely, for e.g. with the online booking system initially. But again we all have a choice and life is too short to play the blaming game. If an organisation I have been embracing for years is going through some changes, I choose to support it the best way I can, just the way I hope things would be if I were in this situation myself.

I’ve been going to Arrowhead for 6 years, there has been a noticeable drop in quality of service/timeliness and responsiveness. Better systems are needed in terms of communication. Only reason for such a high review, the doctors. They are incredibly personable and speak plainly. Dr Dade, Agborchi and Ntsuke are all highly competent and are what keeps me coming to Arrowhead.

Dr Agborchi has been an amazing help to me the last few months of me seeing him. I’ve only recently moved to Point Cook and he was the first doctor I decided to see. He’s also the first doctor to take me seriously and not brush aside my pain and say it’s due to my weight or something of the like. I cannot recommend him enough, even if his wait times can be a bit long he’s still incredibly kind and caring towards his patients

Can't thank the lovely Ruby at reception enough. My partner had an abscess in his stomach which was causing him immense pain. After receiving a script from the doctors we were having difficulty obtaining said script. Ruby was amazing! She sorted it out for us. She got the script sent to the pharmacy near our house late at night knowing it was urgent. She was amazing to deal with, so understanding, thorough, patient & professional. She even went out of her way to phone my partner the following day just to make sure he got the script okay! THANK YOU RUBY! Your help to our family when we needed it most is so appreciated. You deserve a pay rise. Thank you a million times over xx

Our family clinic and we’re really impressed by Dr. Nadia SHAMSUDDIN. It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Nadia is THE BEST GP we’ve even seen in Melbourne! She has great empathy towards her patients, sound judgement and lots of common sense in her approach. Since we saw her the first time through a random walk-in booking (thanks to our good luck!), we’ve never changed our family GP!

I have been seeing Dr Pilate Ntsuke for a couple years now and he is my favourite Doctor in Melbourne
He answers all my questions thoroughly and is very helpful, intelligent and friendly

I was here today without any appointment for my two children who was sick, the lady at reception call Ms.Paula was so kind she squeezed in appointment and made my day. She is one of the most kind soul I have ever met. The service is always been awesome. Thank you.

The staff at the reception and the doctors are great! Nurses are kind and gentle with treating patients!

I use to see the owner when he had the one clinic in Laverton, he is a remarkable doctor! When I started having migraines that gave me stroke symptoms he sent me for every scan imaginable to eliminate blood clots tumours etc. he opened up in point cook which I now attend with my children. dr. Sachin is another awesome doctor that is through understanding compassionate and makes you feel important and follows up faxes referrals and more after your appointment. I highly recommend this clinic!!!

I have lived in the area over ten years and had consistently good experience with the reception staff and GPs at this practice. They have done their best during the tough times of recent years and I would definitely recommend this practice.

I honestly feel pretty bad for calling them every week but the reception has always been patient with me including their doctors.

Despite what I've been going through with my health the doctors have always tried to help me in the way they can.

I regularly come to this medical centre and my experiences have always been great. The receptionists are polite, the doctors are experienced and the wait times are reasonable. Would definitely recommend this medical centre.

Been going there with family for the last 18 months at a friend recommendation. Excellent medical centre! Great reception staff and doctors! Waiting can be a bit long but not excessive though while all Drs are courteous and very professional!

A terrific medical clinic, the reception staff go out of their way to help you, despite being very busy. With the exception of a new young male doctor, the docs are thorough, empathetic and caring. Dr Dade is brilliant.

I have always had a good experience here, they are caring, the drs I've had have always been really lovely and don't treat you like a nuisance or like a waste of time which I have had a lot in the past with many drs. If really puts you off going to the dr, but I've only had good experiences here.

Very happy with my experiences at Arrowhead Medical Centre. I usually see Dr Uko and lm very happy with how he manages my chronic health problems. I have found all staff to be friendly and helpful.

Staff are friendly, very organised and clean practice, I've a good dr pilate all drs I've had a great 👍 and the chemist next door Wade treats you like family
