Where do I start. Fit For 2 has been such an important part of becoming a first time mum. I felt so weak after having my son and so far from my normal self. Anita has been so supportive and Fit For 2 has made been able to exercise in a fun and supportive way so realistic and enjoyable for my everyday life. I get to meet many other mums on a similar journey and my son loves to play around while we're at class. Anita is always so flexible when trying to juggle classes with day to day life too. I have returned to my normal self and gotten all of strength back again. Very excited to continue my journey with Fit For 2 with my second pregnancy. Could not recommend any higher to anyone else. Just give it a try, totally worth it.

So grateful to have found Anita and Fit For 2 after having my little one. Anita helped me get back to exercise and rebuild my body and being part of such an amazing tribe gave me so much confidence as a first time mum. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely recommend FitFor2! I am a first time mum and not only was I able to exercise safely during my pregnancy but also get the support of an actual midwife. Anita is fabulous and really cares a lot about her girls! She is always ready to answer any questions and has helped me through some hectic time in my pregnancy too. I learnt so much thanks to her educational portal than I would have otherwise and as a first time pregnancy and mum it was gold! Thank you so much Anita and your team!

Anita has been a breathe of fresh air because not only is she an amazing trainer, but she is well equipped with her knowledge as a mid-wife for us and the children. Knowing my daughter is welcomed is amazing, and she enjoys it also.

I’ve joined Fit For 2 after 13 month of my post delivery because I was living in the city (Southbank) Victoria and I find it is hard for a mom especially for me to step out from our daily routine without our kids around us!!

I was desperately looking to reduce my tummy as it’s too late to reduce!!!

Meantime I’m lucky that my husband found this place via Facebook and he’s the one who pushed me to give a try with positive note as I was afraid to step out without my makeup on 😉physically and mentally!

But I felt really good after seeing Anita and Melissa as they were friendly and supportive from day one whenever I see them I feel better after being to classes where I get to know about all the new moms and their experience is absolutely terrific.

On the other hand, all the moms were helpful to each others.

A special thanks to Anita as she’s the one who gave me strength to join the classes and was very supportive.

She’s such a beautiful soul and it’s good to see her all the time.

Thanks to all the girls over there who were friendly with me.

Sometimes putting a beautiful smile on other’s face is awesome.

The best fitness class ever. Anita is the best , with her support and high motivation. I thought that with my new born its impossible to stay fit but with Anita everything is possible

I joined FitFor 2 last year during my 3rd month in my pregnancy. I had the most amazing experience with Anita training us not only to be fit but to be able to carry our lil ones once we had given birth. I didn’t understand that at first until I gave birth at 33 weeks, had Ecoli blood infection and hospitalised for 2 weeks, lost feeling on my right leg for weeks and the only thing that helped me look after my baby was the strength I gained from FitFor 2.
I couldn’t have recovered if Anita did not push us to where we are today. Now I train on zoom with Anita in my baby’s room 😝 I feel amazing and I feel healthier then I ever was.

Fit For 2 has had such an impact on my life since having my second son, my recovery and “getting back to it” after this birth has been incredible. Anita has made me and both my boys feel welcome at training and is always happy to offer support (and comfort to bubs)

It is such a game changer to be able to bring my kids along to classes, which allows me to fit exercise into my schedule. Trying to get away, without my kiddies, feels so so difficult - and this solves that problem.
The classes are great and Anita is fantastic. I love that she understands exactly what it is like to try and fit in exercise with children, and she will entertain and help out with kiddies as much as she can so that you can get in as much exercise as you can!

I joined fit for 2 at around 14 weeks of pregnancy. Hands down best decision I have ever made! not only did it help me feel more fit through my pregnancy I truly believe it's what's kept things going smooth, as a first time mum it was super important that I felt I had that guidance. Anita is fantastic both as instructor and a great source of information as a midwife. The community is also fantastic I have met so many wonderful mums and mums to be which makes classes extremely fun. If you are looking for exercise, fun supportive community for both pregnancy and after I highly recommend fit for 2!

Absolutely the best decision that I have made for my pregnancy. I felt less tired and less back pain during pregnancy. I believe all the exercise with Anita has prepared my body for a smooth sailing labour experience and I’m feeling great getting back to classes after my 6 weeks postnatal 😊

I'm so glad I found Anita and Fit For 2 during my pregnancy. Anita's program is not just for pregnant mummas but also for all women and mummas. She helped me maintain my fitness all the way through to giving birth. I was able to do safe exercises and also received great education (bonus: Anita is a midwife). I love how her classes are very flexible and caters both day and night (you can even bring your little bubz along). I would definitely recommend Anita and her program. I joined Fit for 2 looking to improve my fitness/confidence after having a baby, and found Anita! Anita is a mumsafe trainer and midwife, so the classes are safe for any stage of pregnancy.
I enjoy the variety and flexibility of classes and knowing that the exercises are safe after having a baby and for when baby #2 comes along.
Joining the group has been a whole new wonderful experience! the support is amazing, from personal one on one as well as online educational support. She always has time to answer questions and check in with you to help with your goals.
I Highly recommend Anita and Fit for 2!

Wow what an experience I have had training with Fit For 2 with Anita. I had heard about Anita during my first pregnancy but decided to train on my own. This second pregnancy I joined Anita’s program at 10 weeks and did all my classes via zoom as it worked so well with my schedule and all from the convenience of your own home with minimal equipment required. I felt Anita to be very reassuring that everything we were doing was safe depending on the stage of your journey, and there was always modifications offered if needed. Anita has a wealth of knowledge, and was always available to answer any questions. I trained up until 40 weeks and delivered my baby the next day. I felt strong and empowered with the extra knowledge learnt from Anita and the education portal. My labour was incredible and I truly believe this is because of my training and having a great mindset going in.. thanks Anita see you soon

I found Anita from fit for 2 in my third trimester with my second babe, her classes really helped me with my pelvic instability in pregnancy right through to my post partum recovery (which are also baby and big kid friendly!!) I’m now pregnant with my third and very happy to be back! Cant recommend her enough, thanks Anita!

My husband and I were so lucky to have Anita as our midwife for the birth of our third baby boy. From the moment we met, Anita was on board with all our birthing wishes and supported my hypnobirth from start to finish. Anita had trust in the birthing process and as a result I was able to have an induction of labour without the need for continuous monitoring and to use the water as I needed. I felt supported and secure in her care and had the most amazing birth! Thank you so much for your trust and care Anita!

After I had my first baby and got my ‘6 week clearance’ I was very keen to get back into my fitness. I attended a Les Mills training class at the gym and quickly realised my core and my whole body were definitely nowhere near ready to handle something of that intensity! I really wanted to train but I had no idea where to start and how to improve my fitness but in a safe way.
While on my way out I saw an advertisement for Anita’s ‘Fit For 2’ and did some more research … it sounded like exactly what I needed!!
I have learned so much through Anita as she helped me regain my strength, discover how to properly activate my pelvic floor and TA muscles, and restabilise my core.
I am so thankful for her and this amazing program!
As soon as I found out I was pregnant with my second Anita was one of the first people that I told. I knew I wanted to keep up with my fitness but in a safe way with pregnancy safe exercises. I know I am in excellent hands with her!
Anita is very flexible with her different program and payment options and has been so accomodating to me. Also, my husband works a lot of late nights so the zoom options are fantastic and having the recording library access means you can fit in a work out any time you are free.
Would highly recommend this program!

I’ve been with Fit For 2 since December last year. My daughter was 10 weeks old when I joined and felt so welcomed and comfortable bringing her with me. Anita is amazing and really takes care with her workouts. I’ve noticed such a huge difference from when I started. I feel strong and confident again. Highly, highly recommend!
