On a recent trip to my hometown of Bellingen our very precious Border Collie Bella took ill and was in some distress. I rang Bellingen Veterinary hospital on recommendation and even though extremely busy agreed to see Bella that morning and diagnose her problem. We could not have been happier with the treatment given to her. She was immediately placed on medication after urine analyses and X-rays and we were able to take her home that afternoon and start to enjoy our stay in beautiful Bellingen with a much improved Bella. We cannot thank Dr Jodi and other staff involved for their care and attention and the follow up phone call the next day to see how she was faring. Absolutely fabulous service. Thank you from Carolyn, Greg and especially Bella.

Mark saved by Belgian Malinois's life, and for that I'm forever grateful for.
I had a feeling she ate something she shouldn't have. Mark had a feel of her and was certain she needed operating on asap.
So he moved his entire day around and within 2 hours she was operated on and in recovery.
Another 12 hours and my baby would of died.
Only $1300 for entire process, which I was more than happy with..

Was on a holiday from Sydney when I spotted a mystery injury on my dog's bum that I thought could've been a bite from another dog (we'd been mucking around at the dog beach). Googled vets nearby and ended up here and was very impressed. Staff on the phone were very friendly, then I had a triage consultation with the vet nurse. I felt she gave a very thorough check over of my baby and provided sensible advice about next steps. Then a few days later they called me to see how it was all going. Really impressive service. Thank you so much.

Great team of people with hearts of gold. Extensive knowledge of problems we have with our pet cats (eg diabetes) and saved one from certain death with paralysis ticks. Ever grateful.

Brilliant. Called the vet at 8pm after our dog had a bad reaction to a weed by the creek. Diagnosed problem over the phone and gave us a dosage for telfast. Stopped our dogs manic itching and saved our holiday! Thanks

Mark and the team are the most dedicated animal carers we have dealt with in a long time. They are not only dedicated but are honest, have integrity and are empathetic to the pets in care and their owners, which is sadly hard to come by these days in the veterinary world.
