Anne (from Richmond Freedom store) is a role model in exceptional customer service, going ‘above and beyond’ to assist me. Anne really listens to her customers. I was so impressed by her genuine care and empathy. Anne has excellent communication skills, efficiency and product knowledge. She showed outstanding professionalism and understanding when dealing with people, and what they are looking for instore. Thanks Anne!

Josh who helped us out today was outstanding. If only all customer service could be like this. Firstly we were lost and couldn’t figure out what we saw online to compare with a piece of furniture in real life Josh saw immediately we were in desperate need of help and swooped in to gently guide us. We made the purchase and the whole transaction was done within 15 minutes. Plenty of time left to get on with the rest of day. Thank you Josh for being so kind and patient

Had more than 1 exceptional experience at the Richmond store. Hugh is my go to guy - he provided the most amazing service spending hours with me, looking at the interiors of my house to carefully find pieces that compliment both my space and the function I was after. I returned a few weeks after purchasing a bed frame with him. I work in property development, so will be using this store for on going display suite fit out for my projects. Anne, the store manager is also amazing. Highly recommend

Wandered in out of curiosity and came out having purchased a lovely day bed thanks to Liam’s excellent service. He was very patient and informative. Later I found out Liam is only a trainee with 2 weeks experience.

Very well locate and stocked. The interior design Kate was amazing and provided i home service and excellent recommendations . The fee was $150 but refundable after $3000 spend. Note freedom provide $100 credit for every $2000 spend.

The quality is very good comparable with similar brands. Note that freedom have regular sales so they price of items purchas recently may be reduce within sort period of time.

Use freedom delivery and not contractors as you may be paying few delivery charges for same order due.

External delivery contractors only accept cash only.

Sales team are excellent and have wealth of knowledge of products.

I would like to say a big thank you to Gail from Freedom at Richmond Victoria Gardens for helping mum and I choose the perfect curtains for our place. She was very helpful and patient, would absolutely come back just to visit the lovely Gail, we all need someone like Gail in our lives.

I recently went to Freedom Richmond to look at recliner sofas as part of my refurb project. Jack Keen (Interior Decorator) was in store that day and helped me on the spot with colour palette ideas. I found him engaging and enthusiastic so I also opted for an in-home consultation. Throughout the whole process Jack was very responsive and communicated well. He had a positive, can-do attitude, came up with creative solutions and kept my budget in mind. Nothing was too much trouble and he was genuinely interested in helping me to achieve the results I wanted. Thank you Jack!

If you need a consultant to help you furnish your apartment then Jack from Freedom Victoria Gardens is the man you need. Jack came me to my apartment, measured it up and then in store showed me how to furnish my apartment at a very reasonable price. I am delighted with the result.

True competitor to IKEA regarding quality and wide range of furniture and home décor. Their design spirit is more harmonious to Australian culture.

I never write reviews but was so impressed with the service of the staff at the Richmond Store and I wanted them to know the great customer service is exceptional. Joshua went over and above!!! And when he is busy others stepped in with a smile… every person I interacted were happy and engaging included the young man who packed my car. The service was outstanding!! Thank you :-)

My wife and I spent a lot of time in the Richmond store with Josh and he was absolutely fantastic !
Polite, helpful, funny, knowledgeable and nothing was too much.
He was the most helpful salesperson we've ever dealt with.
Before buying any home furnishings, make sure to visit the Richmond store and ask for Josh.
Would give him 10 stars if possible.

Jack Keen, an interior decorator employee of Freedom, came to our home to assist with our redecoration. From the minute he walked in it all went well. He assisted us when we went into the Richmond Freedom store with options and design tips. He said that he was happy to come back and assist with any necessary final touches. We gratefully accepted his offer. The staff at the Freedom store were also very helpful, and this included Kurt. Others were also helpful, for example the lady in the new kitchen department. All I can say is that it was a low stress way to redecorate, and we now have a very comfortable home. I am very happy to give it 5 stars, and recommend Freedom, and Jack, to anyone.

Walked in with low expectations of finding a rug for our lounge room and left with a stunning rug, a good deal and a big smile on our faces. Stylist Kirsti was such an incredible help. She gave us a no-nonsense, objective opinion about which rug would suit our space and furniture. She was extremely friendly and is a very knowledgeable, experienced stylist. Took care of us with the price as well. Very happy customer :)

A very good experience at the hands of Nick and Theo. There was an issue with an online order I had made. Upon calling the Richmond store, Nick was sympathetic about the circumstances, and committed himself to getting the best possible outcome for me. The best possible outcome turned out to be better than what I had expected. For this reason, I would happily shop at the Richmond store. Thanks, Nick and Theo!

Saw the exact piece I wanted as floor stock and got it for an amazing price. I was extremely well looked after by Kurt, who I felt went above and beyond to help me. He was polite, professional, and sorted all the logistics, and is a credit to the store. Thank you for all of your help! I'm absolutely thrilled with the product!

Last week my husband and I bought a dining table set from Freedom in Richmond and we received the items on time and in good quality condition. If you do get into Freedom in Richmond go find Chris. He made our selection and purchase process so easy and uncomplicated. He made sure to find the products we were looking for and also explained the breakdown of the bill and the delivery time of each item. Will definitely shop at Freedom again.

Hugh was the best! Very attentive and helped me and my clueless self about candles. Super kind and spent so much time helping me find what I needed. What a legend. Thanks Hugh
