EB Games / ZiNG Pop Culture - Richmond

Shout out to this EB Games store, Mel (forgive me I forgot if that was your name) and Luke have done an awesome job. First time I went in the team was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction for what I was looking for. Had to follow up a few weeks later with some technical issues, they replaced my headset no worries and kept up the awesome assistance and knowledge. Great store and team.

Kids drag me here all the time, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Large games selection.

Staff put in a great effort to find the game my son wanted for Christmas.

Traded in my Nintendo console with Nathan together with the manager (Erin). Both of them are very nice and answered many of my questions. Although Nathan was new to learn about processing trade in items, he constantly apologised for the longer time I spent in the store. Eric was helpful in teaching Nathan. To me, it is completely okay with both of them being friendly. Usually, it is very difficult to find such nice staff in many other EB Games stores (with my experience so far) but the Richmond store is amazing. Hence, I ended up ordering my next console here as well.

staff are all very nice, love shopping in this shop. Even shop keeper is really nice but not recommend to order pop vinyl from EB, so many year been collecting pop, never get any chase from EB on line order (have order like over 20 in last 2 month still have nothing ), highly recommend to order from popculture, hit a chase every 6 to 8 order....

Highly recommend shopping at EB Games Victoria Garden. The staff are brilliant. I walked in completely clueless needing to trade in some games on my partner's behalf today, and Nathan and Erin who assisted me were wonderful. Highly knowledgeable on products, extremely friendly and very professional. 10/10 customer service. I'll be back!

I was helped out and sered by a lovely staff member named Jem. They patiently answered all my questions and made great conversation, there was a level of genuine care that's very rare in a retail environment.

They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and overall made my shopping experience at this EB one of the best I've ever had! Will definitely be coming back!

Gr8 staff good products superhero stuff marvel star wars games staff are in the know about games and culture friendly staff and helpful one of the less busy stores but gr8 location to just browse a bit catch up on news about games and gaming movie culture

I have been shopping here for years, they have a good selection of games, consoles and accessories.

There is also a good selection of toys and other merchandise from a wide range of games, which my kids love.

The staff in store are very helpful, and you can order online and pick up in store if you need to.

I arrived with only 2 mins before closing today and the lovely gentleman there assembled my click and collect order for me right then and there only 30 mins after I made the order.

Alex was super patient with me being a person new to gaming. I had questions on the different types of Playstations and she helped me every step of the way. Great customer service and hopefully she gets a Raise ;) thanks

I visited the EB Games store in Richmond today and I wanted to recognise Kyle on his excellent customer service which he provided today. I had a very unique and specific request and Kyle was very patient and offered multiple alternatives until I found the perfect fit. Thank you Kyle for going above and beyond.

I don't ever leave reviews but Erin at the Victoria Gardens EB Games store is the best employee I've met. She is super friendly and went the extra mile to help me with an issue I had with a game. She 100% deserves a raise!

Great service and really friendly staff a little bit over priced but wat isn't these days and u earn points everytime u buy and trade in. EB also price match if a game is cheaper than there store. Example I saw red dead redemption 2 was $79 at big w but EB were selling the copy for $100 so I got $20 off with points I can't go wrong

Good for pc accessories and games

Awesome experience today thanks to Erin. Went in to get Farcry 5 and asked if they had any pre owned copies, unfortunately they didn’t but Erin not only informed us of price matching but also googled the cheapest price for us! We got $20 off the game.

Nathan was beyond lovely and helpful, doing way more than he had to. Couldn't be more appreciative for his kindness and patience.

Excellent value buying some second hand games. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and asked me if I play online because one of the games I was buying was online play only.

By far the best EB games in Victoria, Friendly staff always helpful and try to go the extra Mile to help you in any way they can.
