I like to thank the two ladies at the Redspot Counter on Thursday morning 29/3/2024, they were extremely helpful and friendly. They explained everything to us and made me and my Wife at ease. When we went into the carpark to pickup our rental being a new style car i had trouble working out the procedure on starting a keyless car , one of the ladies was outside checking the other cars and noticed our trouble , stopped what she was doing and explained what to do and wished us a good holiday. Thankyou for helping I'm sorry I forgot your name but that action was appreciated. The car was clean and worked like a dream , this contributed in helping us to get the best out of our holidays. Returning the car was hassle free also.

A great service, especially since we needed a rental when we landed as our other car had been given away by that company! The team were professional and polite, and made sure we had a car before we left.

Didn't prebook before arriving from Melbourne. Friendly efficient staff provided a. car that met our needs with full insurance within minutes, keys in hand & driving out of the car park! Return was simple with a key drop & my completed contract was emailed to me before I landed back in Melbourne an hour later. Would definitely use red spot again.

Excellent service, great rates, good insurance coverage. Car was clean and worked very well for our travels. My only complaint is that we booked through Alamo, and the only way we figured out it was actually Redspot was by asking two clerks since the sign was so small.

The car was what I ordered and it was ready when I asked for it. The pickup was easy, the service person capable and friendly, and the car was clean. Simple, efficient, and problem free..... just what you want with a rental.

No issues, nice clean car, happy to pay extra as they are about the only company crazy enough to rent to us 'P' platers. I called ahead to check exactly what the fees would be, considering my circumstances, and there were no unexpected fees.

Exceptionally impressed by the staff & the car. The cost for our 2 week hire was a very pleasant surprise too. We had a great tour of Tasmania in a comfortable, well maintained vehicle. Thank you!!

I enjoyed the experience of renting a car from red spot. The car was new, drove well without any trouble and the staff at the airport was friendly and cooperative.

We have visited Tasmania many times and this is the first time we have used Redspot we found the service to be first class and a car the same.

Got a upgrade to a ASX which was very clean.
Fast and efficient.
