Number 39 of Tasmania’s 60 Great Short Walks. We chose the River Track & it led to such a peaceful spot! 15min return, approx 800m return, grade 1. Follow along on our adventures around Tasmania @sambolomio

Best value for money during the school holidays.
Took interstate family here as their Christmas present and they loved it. Such a great experience for them all. Great facility, great fun. Taking our grandson back for his birthday present

Beautiful, lots of picnic spots and BBQs, bike and walking trails. Hardly any people despite gorgeous weather and zero cost to be there. Dog's allowed on lead.

Lovely site for a quiet walk. Great diversity of plant life with dryer open forest up high and wetter ferns lower

I recently went here for a school trip. Expecting the day to be boring, as it is not usually what I would enjoy, I wasn't hoping for much, but I was sorely mistaken. I ended up helping to create a small civilization. We had a small hut, where people could lie down and rest, as well as multiple pathways connecting to gardens, as well as a place where we made what looked like a campfire, but obviously wasn't one as that would be dangerous. Overall, the day was so much more fun than I thought it would be, and I think that with the right attitude, Hollybank can be just as fun for anyone else!

Very attractive scenery and well on the way to full a restoration after the heavy snow this winter.

Excellent ropes course.
Up in the pine trees.
In our 2.5 hr session we managed to complete 3 of the 6 courses.
It was so good we will be back (all the way from Queensland) to do the harder two.
We didnt do the beginners course but that looked perfect for the smaller people.
A sandwich and coffee to keep the worms fed.
Using Bornak belay system which I prefer to the single puzzle style ones.
The treetop zipline tour was not operating today.
My advice is to take lunch and make a day of it.
