This family owned business is second to none - nothing is too much trouble and their customer service is just brilliant. I had to get some keys cut from a photo as we had lost ours and only had the real estate pictures and Trent managed to successful cut us some new ones from the photo!!! Had to get some keyed alike screen door locks. These guys had them at a reasonable price and they stock a lot of different locks as well, so pretty likely to have whatever you might be chasing.

Service beyond expectation.

I purchased equipment from a different retailer years ago. Almost immediately it had intermittent performance issues and the retailer dragged their feet to the point I gave up seeking assistance because I was too busy to spend time chasing them.

Just recently the item failed completely and it was just out of warranty.

Years ago PRLAG had supplied me services that I was very happy with, so I approached them to get this fixed. Darrell (the owner) said he would request a warranty claim though it was outside the warranty period so chances were a bit slim. I told him that would be great, but given it was outside the warranty period I'd rather he not waste too much time seeking a warranty and just get the part in and charge me.

Darrell contacted me the very next day to advise the warranty claim had been approved and that he would get the part in with no out of pocket expense to me.

Seriously, how many businesses out there would spend their time at no cost to you, when you just told them you expect them to just get the part in and charge you?

That is incredible customer service and creates loyalty in customers.

I'll be going back again and you should see them first if you appreciate outstanding service.

I got the trifecta with this store - great service, great price and great communication.

The shop itself is tidy and well laid out, and even though I wanted something not in stock (on a fairly tight timeframe to boot) and not really part of their main business, Paul made sure it was reserved and freighted up in time. He even negotiated a discount!

Snapped my garage door key in half in the lock, Chris talked me through getting the lock mechanism off the door and had in out and replacement keys done in about 5 minutes. Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Great place

If you are looking to buy a quality fire arm and get great service, you can't go past these guys. Peter spent quite some time yesterday showing me and explaining the different types of ammunition and the types of firearms that would be suitable as I am searching for a gun that is not expensive to shoot. I learnt more there in 30 min yesterday than days on google. Thanks Peter for being so generous with your time and info. Great customer service. A smaller gun shop than say Cleavers or QLD Gun Exchange, but don't let that deter you from shopping there. The old boys behind the counter have superb customer service and are knowledgeable. Prices are quite reasonable for most items and left there knowing I will definitely come back. Well done lads and I highly recommend them to anyone in the game :)

I broke my car key in the weekend. I checked google maps to find the best reviews for a locksmith.
I found Pine Rivers amongst a list of others. But I chose these guys simply for:
1. Most Reviews
2. High star rating.
Spoke with Scott, definitely a person who knows what he’s doing. As I couldn’t remember the year of my Nissan Pulsar.(I don’t really give too muj care bout the year of car. Long as it gets me from A to B).
But Scott found the code for my car key. Managed to cut a key for me. Got home, tested the key. Car running, drivers door able to unlock and lock. Same as boot.
I’m one, very happy customer. Thank you Scott.

Fantastic knowledge & service, I visited 3 other locksmiths & 3 key cutting places & all said they couldn't help me as they didn't have the key blanbl needed to cut my keys or they didn't want to try cutting from a different blank. The bloke at Pine Rivers obviously knows his stuff & cut me 3 keys from blanks for other vehicles. All work well & I just wish I'd travelled to Pine Rivers Locksmiths first!

So sick of going to another shop (that has reputation for lowest prices), so sick of not being notified when stock arrived, not having calls returned, getting attitude from owner... So I decided to go to Pine Rivers Lock and Gunsmith. Guess how much extra I had to pay for Sako 85, Leupold Scope Leopold Rings etc? $21 bucks! The best money I ever spent. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and even offer the free service of fitting rings and scope when you purchase through them. Such a refreshing change to have great customer service. They just made everything easy.

I have purchased alot of equipment over the years through many dealers both in Queensland and interstate. Les and the staff are unsurpassed when it comes to knowledge price and service in the industry.

After hunting all over the north side and calling a bunch of places for a simple replacement screw for a 12 year old Lockwood lock, these guys had what I needed and trimmed the length down while I waited. You guys saved me replacing the door frame and architrave. Thank you so much.
