What a wonderful experience!
The cottage is beautiful and has everything you might need and more. We loved all of the special extra touches and sitting in the hot tub after a long day walking was bliss.
Communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Sarah was a great host. The cottage is extremely well supplied and equipped and super comfortable. Hot tub is a must after tackling some of the amazing walks near by. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, charming cottage with all the facilities we needed & luxury beyond expectations. Despite seeing photos online before our stay, it still had that welcoming 'wow' factor on arrival.
The communication with the owners was exceptional.
A wonderful eco wilderness tourism experience, with so many places to explore nearby. I recommended it to friends that have enjoyed it too.

I recently spent two delight nights at Cedar Cottage,and it was an absolute haven of cosiness. The availability of fresh veg and berries from Veg Mahal was delightful experiences. After a challenging climb up Cradle Mountain, the soothing embrace of the hot tub was just what we needed. The thoughful welcoming message and flowers were so lovely. We absolutely loved our 3 night stay in the cottage. The veggie garden was delightful and it was lovely to pick some berries and eat them fresh from the vine. We also enjoyed the wildlife that could be seen from the cottage grounds. The cottage itself was lovely and cosy the host has done a truely amazing job putting the space together. I really enjoyed the book collection that was available. Deloraine was a short drive away and was lovely to visit and gather supplies from. Staying at this cottage was the highlight of our Tassie trip! Thank you Sarah!

Great cottage in a great location. Everything you need to relax and unwind. Great hot tub and fire pit, as well as the Veg Mahal garden. Awesome views of Ironstone Mountain. We stayed 3 nights - wish we booked longer! A short drive from Deloraine and close by to some stunning locations with plenty to do. Host/owner Sarah was great, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tas.

We have just finished a 2 night stay at Cedar Cottage Meander and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was the cleanest accommodation we have ever experienced. The attention to detail was second to none, everything has been thought of and the special touches topped off an already perfect property.
The facilities are high-end and luxurious.
The information provided and communication with the host was excellent.
We only have positive things to say about this accomodation, we would love to return.

I had the pleasure of staying at cedar cottages recently. The online booking process was easy with the owners bending over backwards to ensure the accommodation was warm and cosy, with the option of yummy platters utilising local produce taking note of fine details such as any allergies.
The check in process was flexible and easy, the fine details such as a welcome sign with my name on arrival was such a fine touch. Having good water pressure etc and the ammenities to do our own cooking as an option was very helpful.
The spa was on and pre warmed so that we could use it straight away, with the most amazing view meant that waking up here on my wedding day, I could be nothing but relaxed. The service and communication was excellent, highly rated and I’m looking forward to returning. Elissa

We had a lovely stay here for two nights in December. The cottage was spectacular and had everything we could have possibly wanted. We absolutely loved our time there and could have stayed for a week.

We spent 5 nights at Cedar Cottage in August for our honeymoon. It was the absolute perfect spot. Cosy, warm, with lots of lovely touches from the hosts that made it the perfect place to spend a winter romantic getaway.

We loved picking herbs from the Veg Mahal, cooking in the kitchen, and making coffee in the morning. We appreciated the books and cosy couches, the firepit, and especially the hot tub, which was warm and ready for us on arrival.

We look forward to coming back in the future and have recommended Cedar Cottage to many friends!

We had an amazing stay here for our anniversary! Cooked dinner over the outdoor fire, loved the hot tub, it was a super relaxing getaway in the cutest house with all the little touches. Hosts went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cedar Cottage! From the moment we arrived we knew this spot was special with the outside lights illuminating the beautiful cottage, looking like something out of a fairytale. The hot tub was amazing, all the little touches in the cottage made it feel so cosy and home-y. The kitchen is well equipped and the TV access to a range of the subscription apps is appreciated as well. The cottage has been done so well where it feels extremely modern, yet still retains that rustic, authentic 'cottage' feel. Thank you so much for having us Sarah!

Cedar Cottage is a lovely place to stay, we really enjoyed our 2 nights. It is very cosy, comfortable beds, great views and hot tub is amazing. Lots of little things which make the difference. Highly recommend, we'll be staying again :)

Our stay at Cedar Cottage was incredible! We all agreed it was the best rental property we have stayed in. The cottage is decorated beautifully and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hot tub, fire pit and veggie garden were all a treat to use. The setting is so peaceful and the views are breathtaking - you feel relaxed the moment you arrive and it was hard to pack up and leave. Communication with the host was excellent and we arranged to have a local produce platter on arrival which I highly recommend. The attention to detail with all aspects of the property are 5* and I cannot wait to return to Cedar Cottage!

Meander Cottage is a beautiful little cottage with amazing views. Sarah has thought of everything you might need for a short stay. The hot tub after a day of walking is wonderful. And the view - stunning.

What can I say! We knew Cedar cottage was going to be amazing upon booking, But, arriving to the cottage and being there in person is really something else. The cottage was so inviting and cozy, the little touches that one wouldn’t think of made all the difference. Homemade raspberry jam, beautiful tea selections, right down to the firepot equipment provided! And let’s not forget that view, it really is something special. Sarah was amazing, communication on point and always only a SMS away.
