It takes about an hour return for a reasonable fit senior person. Wonderful views of Dunk, Bendara Island, and Mission Beach. The beginning of the track is the steepest. Overcast weather is recommended, and definitely bring your water bottle.

Beautiful walk through rainforest overlooking the bay and surrounds, as per other reviews.
Just under 4km round trip on a looped trail.
The trail up is rather steep at times. Allow 1 to 2hrs return, subject to how relaxed the walking pace is and if you wish to take your time to soak up the environment.

Short steep walk thru amazing rainforest, zig zagging up the mountain face. The view is better than Dunk Island lookout.

Just under 2km to the top. It's a great walk up hill all the way there with some flattr sections the first 600m are the steepest. If your 70 and have some fitness you will make it to the top. Fantastic views over the family group of islands. Great place to trail run.
