Lizzy's kitchen at Mackaways

I enjoyed this place. It was clean and tidy in a style you would get from classic rural Queensland. Staff friendly and efficient. The meals were great value and quirkily presented. Hadn't expected to get chips when I ordered. All day breakfasts too, if you want. I'll go back there for sure.

Visited Lizzy’s kitchen at Mackaways on a average Saturday afternoon. Was treated with a lovely afternoon!
Really beautiful and peaceful scenery! A small country town with its fair share of pubs, neat little craft shops and everything you expect from a small country town.
Was greeted with lovely customer service and felt like you were truely special customers!
The food was amazingly priced, not to mention the quality and taste was above what we expected!
I think while you’re in town take the time to stop at Lizzy’s kitchen, you will not be left disappointed.
You will get your own kick out of supporting small hearty business’s like this as well!

Food was magnificent!! Definitely come here if your looking for a delicious meal and coffee. The berry coconut crumble is by far the best I've ever had. Thank yous for your awesome hospitality.x

Good coffee and a nice selection of cakes for morning tea. Lunch specials looked interesting. Good little town to take a break, only a few km off the Cunningham Hwy, mid way between Brisbane and Warwick.

What a great find (using Google maps reviews!) This is a day trip from Brisbane for us, and Lizzy's was a great cafe destination. Great coffees, fabulous quiche, and lovely friendly staff.

The kids are always happy to come here lots of space.
