Very friendly, on time and helpful, the owners went for a ride the same trail as us and checked up when we were pulled over having a break to make sure we were ok. Was great to travel with, highly recommend.

Great experience, booking process was easy, text reminders, the staff reached out ahead of the day with updates and were punctual to the meeting spot. Seamless. And we had a great time on the Rail Trail.

Can’t thank Josie and David at Out There Cycling enough for their service. My bike rack and a cable had come loose on the rail trail from Esk to Toogoolawah, causing me no end of trouble. I dropped in there and David and workshop immediately fixed it while I admired their huge range of bikes, ebikes and accessories and Josie and I chatted about the rail trail! Soon I was on my way back to Esk. Thank you so much 😊😊😊

Fantastic track for bikes, horses or walking. Meander along farmlands, through towns and the bush. What a great idea to convert an old railway back to a usable community space.

Last week we had bike troubles on the rail trail and David was so helpful. He got us going again within a short time and came to the rescue again the next day. His knowledge and enthusiasm was very encouraging.5 stars plus. John and Wolfgang, Maleny.

Fantastic day out, wonderfully scenic, it's my 4th ride and making it an annual event with family & friends. Josie and the team more than accommodating, excellent ebikes which are easy to operate, well maintained & clean. They offer a great service.

The staff went out of their way to help my friend and I, they even went back to open their doors for us after closing time so that we could continue on our adventure on the B.V.R.T. I totally recommend them for any of your bike riding needs while out on the trail. Excellent customer service and experience.

We spent the weekend with our 2 girls and another family on the BVRT. Prior to leaving we booked Josie to transport 2 of us after dropping our cars at our destination.. she arrived as she said she would, great service.

BUT the really wonderful service we had was after a complete tyre blow-out on our daughter's bike just near Linville. Josie arrived with new tyre and tube to save the day.

Highly polished service, just excellent to deal with. Josie is great. I had a group of riders to be transported from Wulkuraka to Yaraman, and dealt with Josie via email. Everything went smoothly on the day with the bus / trailer waiting for us on the day and we were early. Bus is a modern coach style with air con, if your worried about your expensive bike rest easy as the trailer is now fully enclosed so your bike is out of the weather and wind, you no longer have to remove all the gear off it when loaded on which is just great, and that trailer was huge, can store a heap of bikes. Driver and assistant were friendly and approachable super fast loading and unloading and very careful with the bikes. Prevous years on the trail they came out and got me when i couldnt ride any further (cant recal the spot but i was stuffed) for a small fee they got me and one other and drove us into Esk. We had one bike lose a few spokes, and another with front disc problems, all fixed in their shop asap while we had a meal. Have dealt with them over the last 3 years during cycling trips. Cannot rate this company highly enough

OTC made our BVRT super easy and gave us helpful info. We hired ebikes and got a shuttle. Ebikes were great, no issues. I would recommend padded shorts :)

Even though these people were busy, they fixed my son's bike on the spot which was awesome (it was only our second day in the country and our 10 day biking holiday was starting to look dodgy). My only complaint: they wouldn't take more money from me! I really wanted to pay them for rescuing our holiday. Reuben (the son) says "I'm so happy, thankful and grateful!"

Last month whilst cycling from Wulkuraka to Esk on the BVRT, I had an issue with my bike which required a mechanic to rectify. I stayed the night at the Grand Hotel, Esk. Out There Cycling in Esk were shut on the next day. I explained my issue to Josie from Out There Cycling, who was excellent; Josie then phoned David who I believe was a great distance from Esk. David would not see me stranded, he then phoned one of his staff, Tyler, to come from Toogoolawah to help me. Tyler was brilliant, and I was on my way without delay. Josie, David and Tyler went over and above to assist. I thank you.

Friendly and efficient experience. The shuttle from Walkaraka to Yarraman was the perfect start to an amazing BVRT weekend.

Can’t recommend the team at Out There Cycling Toogoolawah enough. My mum lives in Toogoolawah and we came out to visit, our son got a flat tyre on his bike so we popped in to see if they could help us out. No only did they pop a new tube in but gave him two secondhand tyres and tweaked the whole bike. Went above and beyond! Thank you very much, one happy little boy!!!

We did the BVRT over the weekend and Out There Cycling were amazing with their level of service, friendly attitude and local knowledge. They absolutely went above and beyond to help us and I highly recommend them. We will be back next year!

Josie from Out There Cycling was a great wealth of information about the BVRT. We used them to transport us from Wulkaraka Station to Yarraman - comfortable trio with great conversation. Appreciated their supply of stock (at Toogoolawah and Esk). Great work in promoting such a fun activity and providing a much needed service.
