Brisbane Airshow

I would like to commend James, Craig and entire team on the epic effort to make the weekend a great airshow. There were issues that they had no control over. They are unable to make weather co-operate or to stop fields from becoming quagmires. They dud everything humanly possible. Well do e to all of you. Was a fantastic weekend.

Great Show

Have organised to get tickets refunded after the abortion of an event that happened and was unable to attend. So far one ticket has been refunded and the other is still missing.

I took a phone call and was informed three tickets had been refunded, turned out the man on the phone had me confused with someone else and talked down to me when I tried to explain my situation and refused to believe that I didnt use a credit card because "I have it in front of me that you did" and then as I got frustrated with his ignorance and refusal to accept what I was telling I was then told "Its only $25, its not that big of a deal"

Will update if/ when I ever find out where my stolen money is

Keep delay without any notice. When you decide delaying the show, you have to notify customer simultaneously. Customer will understand the delay as covid situation and weather, but what if someone who dont know about delay the show then drive 80mins and reliase the show has been delayed ???? Are you okay with that guys???? Show might be good but such a poor management from last year.

For respond, I never get any email, text message as I have 3 tickets for my family. None of us received anything you mentioned on reply.

I worried about the weather, thus I just visited website and found the event has delayed. Then, there are significant fault on your system. I bought the tickets from last year. Another issue I can tell you is refund in last year. I tried refund the tickets in last year, but didnt get any respond from you guys after approach via email couple of times. Is that how you guys make profit ? take money and sit on bank and get interest?

Bought tickets for Airshow and a night before the event wife got Covid, hence did the right thing by self-isolating and as a responsible citizen of the country did not attend the show. Spoke to GP the same day who gave a 7 day medical certificate as well. Next week sent an email to them to see if they can refund or give us a credit which we can use next year along with the medical certificate, to my surprise they declined to either refund or give a credit (reason is against their terms and condition). In this tough times when the whole community is trying to be reasonable, compassionate and do the right thing. Unfortunately your greed took over you. I sincerely hope one day you will go through the same scenario and someone does this to you, then you will realise your mistake. I will take this with Australian consumer ombudsmen and current affairs as well (just to expose your wrong deeds to the rest of the country). SHAME ON YOUR GUYS!!

The header is misleading. It is nowhere near Brisbane at all. I think you should reiterate that it is at least 1- 1.5 hrs from Brisbane city itself.
