Stroud Homes Toowoomba Display Home

We have been in our new home for 4 months now and we couldn't be happier. The whole build process with Stroud was so easy. Nick and Deb in the display home were so helpful and happily answered my millions of questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Deb listened to what we wanted and modified a standard plan that really suits our lifestyle and fitted the constraints of building on our block. Nick, the builder, was so easy to work with and kept us informed on the build process the whole way through. The quality of the build is very high standard. Thank you to the whole team at Stroud and all the tradies for delivering our beautiful new home. We highly recommend them.

After moving to Toowoomba from the Sunshine Coast we were keen to build our own home. Our builder of choice at the time was Stroud Homes and the interaction and assistance we received from the team at the Toowoomba show home was excellent. Nick in particular was always ready to help and went out of his way trying to help us locate suitable land, recommend other trades people and took time to help with house designs, etc. Unfortunately, the martket was extremely restricted whilke we were looking and in the end we just could not find the right piece of land for us to build so we ended up purchasing an established property. However, we would have no hesitation recommending Nick and his colleagues to anyone thinking about building in the Toowoomba area.

Their patience, excellent communication, attention to detail, great standard inclusions and wonderful work has not gone unnoticed. Even our neighbours have commended the great work, respect and cleanliness of Stroud working on our home. The care you also have about the structure of our home being that it wasn’t on great soil.

From the moment of walking into Stroud Homes Toowoomba's Display, we felt being very welcome and taken care of.
Claire, one of their amazing Sales Specialists, gave us a tour and then an overview of available house sizes and designs plus plenty of information to take home.
The Standard inclusions are already amazing and also heaps of upgrades are available for all area's inside and outside the house- whether you just want a different colours for door handles or built an entire resort-style Pool area in your yard- they really listen to your needs and wants and then supply creative and smart solutions- and make them work!
Also they've never missed returning a call or to answer any question that is coming up as well as keeping their customers up to date during all stages of the journey!
