The Watermark Townsville

Food was amazing and the service is a 10 of 10.
Very kind front staff and good chefs, they took care of all the details and sent my food quickly.
I am not a big fan of fish tacos but the coleslaw with avocado was a really good match with the battered fish which was juicy inside and crispy outside.
Thai Beef Salad was just perfect, meat was cooked between a rare and medium rare, it was cold to be a Grilled steak but it didn't annoying me as it was a meat on top of a salad. The dressing has a perfect balance of flavours and the peanuts definitely gave a special touch of Thailand food.
All the food seems to be fresh.
As a Chef living in Townsville, I totally recommend this restaurant.
My special compliments to the chef and kitchen team, I can see them passionate and hard work through the food.

There is nowhere else in Townsville like the Watermark it is a true icon! Great location on the strand with friendly staff and fast service. Love the pizza and two for $29 takeaway special. Whether you are sitting in the bar or restaurant you will have a great time with uninterrupted views of the water and Maggie Island. We also appreciate the underground parking.

We really enjoyed our meal at the Watermark tonight. The atmosphere was great, the food delicious and the service excellent. The fish pasta that we had was very tender and tasty and the caesar salad was outstanding. I would definitely recommend having a meal at the Watermark especially at sunset.

We went for our anniversary, the staff were so friendly and the food was great! We really appreciated the special effort that the team did by signing a card congratulating our special evening. Can’t wait to be back soon!

Absolutely amazing! Booked a table for a birthday dinner, staff surprised us with a handwritten birthday card, birthday song and sparkler on the dessert!!! The food was sooo delicious and we have been looked after very well. Thank you to the Watermark team to make this dinner very special!!! Highly recommend, will be back for sure 🫶

First timing dinning at watermark and was blown away by the quality of service. As soon as we walked in was greeted and made to feel welcome esp cause it was my birthday brunch. The staff was very accommodating, and quick to serve with a fantastic attitude. The food was DELICIOUS and great value for money, this may be my fav breakfast menu!! Huge shout out to Seb & Jonathan. Seb had the best attitude always serving and responding when our table needed something even with the HEAT. Johnathon had a warm smile and great hospitality. A card from the staff was the icing on the cake! All my breakfast events will be with you guys from now on! Appreciate the whole team xx

Great venue for the family, friends or for a celebration. Perfectly located along the strand, ocean breeze and plenty of life and fresh air. The staff are a fabulous bunch, treated us great and where just wonderful. The food is good, actually very good, could not fault it at all. Had a fabulous time. Highly recommend. Enjoy xxxxx

What a wonderful breakfast I had. It was 10/10. The service was also amazing. We had a lovely girl serve us.

Saw Watermark recommended as a must-do in Townsville and it's no wonder why. The staff were amazing and friendly (especially Lidia - thanks for the chats) and the view, drinks and food were brilliant. We shared scallops & oysters for an entree and then fish Tacos and muscles for the mains. So fresh, tasty and filling. The cocktails (especially the Watermark Margarita) were spot on.
Highly recommended for a meal in Townsville.

Lidia went above and beyond in providing us warm and exceptional customer service on both visits to the watermark. She also gave us some great recommendations for spots to see for our next visit to Townsville. Thank you Lidia, our dining experience wouldn’t have been the same without you!

The service and food is fantastic.
We had our dog with us and asked if he could sit in the outside area with us.
That was no problem at all. Then the bar tender bought our dog out a bowl of cold water and a dog treat on a plate!! Now that is service. Our food was bought out in good time and was good value for money. Loved the tunes being played and the view of the ocean as well. Highly recommend a visit.

One of my frequent visit places! Food portion is HUGE! Staff were super attentive and quick to spot any one who needed any help with anything and most importantly, very friendly & genuinely happy to help. Food is always fresh and tasted so good with quick serving time. Always happy to be there!

Had such a wonderful breakfast this morning at watermark with two friends. Chilled relaxed vibe with spectacular sea views! Breakfast was delicious, runny eggs, avocado and gluten free bread alternatives. They also have the best coffee on the strand! Thanks watermark!

My wife and I had the Tide to Table 3 course seafood meal and we are both very happy with the meal and the staff were very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this venue to anyone else who wants to dine in great atmosphere and great food. Compliments to the chef. My wife and I both had the Tide to Table it was beautiful. We recommend everything on offer

I went yesterday night and was amazing! We had 1kg of mussels are they were delicious, we had then 2 main and they were so generous, good place for price-quality food!
I reccomend :)

Loved it so much we went 3 nights in a row, oysters were fresh garlic bread was delicious but it was the sticky date we went back for. Dan was very inviting and looked after us so good every time. All staff were so lovely. Definitely the place to be.

We had the seafood platter for 2, was a great a meal but was a touch overpriced for what you got, but with saying that was very nice. Great service nice location.

Excellent service here, staff are very positive and great to be around. Nick even took some photos for us, which was great! Food was also great, served quickly and to a high standard. Definitely recommend!

Best pub in the area. The scallops were amazing and the fish dishes we had were excellent. Decent service. Wayyyy better than the Seaview Hotel down the road.
