Words cannot suffice with the service and professionalism that I was afforded on Wednesday and Thursday just before Easter 2023.

While travelling to Rockhampton for the nationals in my 63 EJ street machine, the car suffered a major mechanical failure just outside of Gin Gin. Called RACQ, The tow truck arrived very promptly, was offered a space in their yard under lock and key.
The next morning after a very stressful night I rocked up to the business hoping for a miracle, and I got one, the boss man told me he really wanted to help me but had no driver, he rang a releif driver named kiwi who took his time out of personal business, and transported the car myself and my mate back to Brisbane. Awesome service, awesome team.

Just want to compliment the staff and their commitment to service and quality. We had difficulties with our aerial on our Ram whilst travelling. They came out and had it sorted in no time and we were back on the road. Great work!

Lost my oil cap heading to Brisbane stopped in to see if they could help me and they fitted a second-hand one free of charge.

I was picked up by Steve on the Bruce hwy at 6.30 at night

It was absolutely pelting down by the time he dropped me off and he got absolutely drenched as did I.

We just both laughed it off even though I know he had a hell of a day..
He then sourced my alternator and fixed my vehicle quickly as he knew I needed my van as it's my home.
He worked in well with making it all happen with a few days all the while I still had a bed.
Sharnie his receptionist was an absolute gem and very helpful and apologetic that I waited a long time for roadside assistance, which was out of their control.
Thankyou Steve and Sharnie, U made my unfortunate problem less stressful.

Very good people with good knowledge but they were not able to fix the electrical problem with my caravan. I would strongly recommend them.

RACQ Roadside Assist team from Gin Gin Mechanical were great. On-site in no time and very professional tow into Gin Gin depot. Explain everything and very polite. Nice job guys.

Fantastic service. Tow driver was really helpful and had a great chat with him on ride back. Staff in work shop were very straight to the point and recommended me to take car to another place better suited to fix my particular issue and save me money. They recommended a carrier to get car back to Brisbane and again saved me alot of money. Thankyou for rescuing and helping me.

Stopped in there for an issue with my a/c compressor clutch. The woman at reception was very polite and greeted me straight away with a big smile. The mechanic that assisted me was as equally friendly and helpful. If I have any issues travelling up north I will stop by these guys again.
