My family and I really enjoyed Bowen's Parkrun. Their team of volunteers are super dedicated and the track is fast, flat and well looked after. Can't wait to visit it again.

A naturally beautiful trail that follows the water's edge and organised by a warm, welcoming and dedicated team of kind people. Definitely worth joining in when next I visit.🌻
