The receptionists always have a smile on their face and are prompt to tend to me, making further appointments as needed.
My doctor always listens to me and diagnosis is spot on, confirmed by pathology. She is a doctor who I am very comfortable with. I'm looked after well. I don't wait long in the surgery.

How refreshing it is to receive a definite sense of professionalism in patient care and treatment availability.

I am especially grateful to my new GP who has addressed my situation with profound and due compassion, great understanding, knowledge and treatment options, which at this point, have been exactly the pathway I have needed for the many painful years that I have been trying to get the urgent medical treatment that I needed, and was being disregarded by my past GP.

At this time, I have only positive recommendations to share about my experience as a patient under the Brecken Health Bunbury umbrella.

One of the best doctors surgery I have ever been two. All the doctors I have seen there have been fantastic. The reception staff are fantastic too, so nice, and happy.
Glad I found them all after I moved down here because I had the best doctor in the world and I thought he was going to be hard to replace. But I found Dr Robert Yeoh here wouldn't part with him now. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have used Brecken since moving back to Bunbury 10 years ago. I love that I can book everything online, though the staff at the desk are very helpful. Having a regular doctor who understands, listens and is proactive to my medical needs makes it stress free. Also being in a center that has numerous different services, like a one stop shop is very convenient.

Josephine Tiu has been the best Dr I have ever had. She really listens and understands my situation and my daughters. She always makes going to the docs a breeze.
I am very happy I finally found Josephine after finding it hard to get a regular doctor.
I've never looked back.

So impressed with BRECKEN HEALTH due to firstly the help & information I was given by the receptionist when asking to provide a Doctor best suited to my personal needs as a 75 year old.
My first appointment has given me confidence that I've made the right decision as Dr Sylvia Connor gave me a thorough explanation of the medications I've previously been prescribed & a better outlook on my future health problems which I'd thought quite gloomy & not much to look forward to. I feel my decision to become her patient a very wise one & has renewed optimism.
The facilities are fantastic with services available in one building.

A wonderful team of healthcare workers. Doctors are thorough, compassionate and take the time to ensure you feel heard, understood, and are receiving the best care. Receptionists are kind, patient and helpful. My family have been patients of the practice for over a decade and each one of us, with our varying ages and concerns, have been treated with exceptional care.

A wonderful way to communicate my health issues today. The GP I was connected with; showed compassion, engagement and, a very friendly manner. The GP listened to my health concerns and, he quickly supported my health and well-being, by prescribing me the medication and dosage required, so that I can continue to get better. I also appreciated the GP's thorough investigations regard to my health needs, requesting a Chest X-Ray this morning.

This building has held my local doctor, physio, chemist, dentist and blood test clinic, for many years. I have no complaints. The convenience is unparallel and the professionalism the place exudes is abundant.

Thank you Brecken! Dr Kaur is the best Dr I’ve ever had. She covers all areas and never misses a thing. I’ve looked for a long time to find a doctor I want to keep coming back to and I’ve finally found one. She always reassures me and is extremely caring but professional.

Great Customer Service. Very friendly Receptionists. Short wait times. Most importantly the Doctors are very thorough and show genuine care and empathy.

The staff provided excellent assistance, and I was promptly attended to by the doctor. I appreciated the broad range of expertise available. Additionally, the front reception area was well-organized and clearly laid out, contributing to a smooth experience.

Reception staff are always busy but they are extremely professional with their work. I have seen many different Drs over the years and only downside is they never seem to stay more than a year making it hard to get comfortable with just one. Overall I have never had any bad experiences with this practice or the Drs.

Most holistic care I have received in my 70 years on this earth. Dr Sylvia is so thorough, only been in the South West 17 months and she has improved my overall health greatly. Care Factor 100%.

My experience today was great, Dr Suba is great doctor, who cares and helps where she can. Will always suggest an idea or different suggestions.
I also got my flu vac, as I’m heading to nz soon, Dr Suba suggested I get it before I go.
Dr Suba also had a student with her today that was great to talk to.
Brecken Health has been my doctors practice for sometime now, have never had any issues.

I always find Dr Andrea to be very thorough and caring. Along with the always helpful and friendly reception staff who are always professional and courteous makes a visit to the GP which I don’t enjoy…. A positive experience
