We have been patients for almost 5 years between the 2 practices. Hands down Dr Zahran (Ned) and all of his doctors are absolutely amazing!
From the minute you arrive… Dave on reception will greet you with a smile …. I highly recommend!!!

I've been seeing Dr Ned for quite some time now and honestly he's the best gp I've ever been too. He's so understanding and supportive he also knows how to calm my nerves highly recommend.

Dr Ned is absaloutly amazing. He has helped not only myself but my 4 year old daughter with any concerns we have had big or small. She still talks about the nice doctor that gave her her needle and how brave he told her she was.

Very clean, orderly, and efficient place. Receptionists and doctor were calming and helpful.

Rang for an appointment, I was fortunate enough to have 2 appointments available same day, 2.30pm and 3.30pm. Requested the later time slot. Arrived and was advised by Reception that my appointment had been cancelled. Someone had called at 2.30, the phone line wasn't clear so it was assumed it was me who called and cancelled. My details were re-entered and an apology offered.
I found Dr Ned very thorough, but at the end of the consult I was taken aback when he advised me that he wouldn't be seeing me again. I asked why, thinking he may have been leaving. He advised me that he wasn't taking on new patients. I reminded him I wasn't a new patient and that I had been to see him in 2019. He let me know he was very busy and he had to look after his usual patients and that it may be a 2 week wait before an appointment. I left feeling baffled, wondering why I was allowed to make an appointment in the first place if there was going to be no follow up offered.

Disappointing GP, can never imagine it to be my regular place

They suck you in by bulk billing 1st appt. then make you pay full price next appt.?????

Rather disappointed to change surgery for my whole family only to be treated like an incompetent idiot. Would definatly recommend you dont attend here !!!!

The doctor was very aloof, hostile and sullen. I would not recommend. I had a horrible experience.
