Chartsworth Flowers in Northbridge exceeded my expectations! Unlike other shops, they customised my graduation bouquet with my favorite colours and flowers. The lovely ladies there crafted the most beautiful bouquet, and the price was fantastic. I’ll be returning for future events for sure!

Best place to buy flowers!! The team there were so sweet and considerate and happy to accommodate special requests. The pricing was super reasonable and the bouquet itself was just absolutely beautiful. You really can't get better flowers for the price that Chatsworth Flowers markets theirs for. Honestly so happy with everything; the bouquet, the quality, the thought, the customer service, and the team! Definitely better than the Highgate one ;) I'll 100% be back

Love the vibes of the new Chatsworth Flowers shop. A big variety of fresh flowers and plants too!

Good location, short walk from blue cat bus stop. Lots of variety with different price range to meet different budget. However, some flowers (and greens) don't look fresh and that have set a limit of options to choose from. You definitely don't want to use flowers that don't look presentable as a gift on special occasions.

I went to Chatsworth flowers in Highgate on Saturday 21 April 2024.

Firstly, there were hardly any good flowers to choose from. The ones that were there were NOT fresh. I was so disappointed. I ended up just picking a random over priced bouquet for $75 because I wanted some flowers for my birthday.

Additionally, the 2 Chinese women that were work here were SO rude and very racist. As soon as I arrived, I was not at all greeted, but instead I was followed around the entire store, as if I’d steal $70 dollars? I wonder if they know that racial profiling is illegal in Australia? I digress.

I was not asked what colour wrap I wanted or if I wanted a bow for my flowers (I had to request for both of these at the counter - if I didn’t ask they would have sent me away without either one - absolutely ridiculous).

I have previously shopped online, I have bought my friend & my mum birthday flowers here before. It was my first time going in person. I am so disappointed.

My birthday was ruined by this experience.

I would not recommend shopping for flowers at this place. Especially if you are an ethnic minority/dark skin.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 🚮 absolutely trash.

Drove all the way from Embleton to see the fresh flowers they had just got in. Paid for minimum one hour parking. Walked in to two young females that were in the middle of a conversation with each other and arranging flowers, to going completely silent whilst I did a quick walk through with no acknowledgement, greeting or desire to assist. Jumped back in the car and drove back down to their Highgate store where I spent a good $80 on flowers and had a much better experience.

Nice flowers but very rude staff. I will not go back.
