I see Dr Anita Alexander and she is fantastic, so kind and knowledgeable about a lot of different health issues. I've been bringing both my children to her for their entire lives, and they love coming to see the doctor!

The nursing and reception staff are very welcoming and professional. It's good to have pathology on site for any blood tests.

I was able to book an appointment for a skin cancer check for less than one week away. The doctor saw me close to time and was really efficient and lovely. She was even able to do some minor surgery within 10 minutes of seeing me to remove one growth that was bothering me. The reception staff were also efficient and so nice to deal with.

Great doctors very professional and both understanding and friendly. Well organised practice and I have always found it easy to get appointments at convenient times.

Great experience at NSMC as always. Seeing doctor, done ECG and blood test within 1 hour. Dr Diane Xiao is nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The two ladies who did my ECG have very good bedside manner. Kudos to Pathology nurse Natalie, she collected my blood quickly and it was painless. Also lovely reception team. Appreciate their skill and professionalism.

Medical Receptionist was so friendly and efficient. Dr Angel made me feel so comfortable and confident that she was very proficient. Great first time experience!

The doctor was young, very skilled and personable. I was processed, stitched up and on my way quickly. The facility was pristine and fully equipped . Reception staff also excellent. The experience was the upside of getting the injury.

Very happy with the professional and courteous service at North Sydney Medical Centre. I see Dr Ngaire Millener, who is an outstanding GP, and I also regularly visit the pathology room, run by the lovely Natalie, who is always caring and very efficient. I also get vitamin B12 injections every few months and the nurses are wonderful. I just had to cancel an appointment as I came down with Covid over the weekend, and they were very compassionate and understanding.

Arrived on a business trip from India with an injured finger. The clinic saw me Saturday afternoon, got the treatment from very friendly and helpful medical staff and was on my way. Handy location and a modern clinic. Thanks North Shore Medical!

Dr Diane Xiao is so friendly, professional and actually spends time listening to her patients. The team at North Sydney Medical are so accommodating. They had to change my face to face appointment to a Telehealth as I could not get there. A lovely, passionate team of medical professionals.

Lovely staff and Dr Louka was great for a first visit. I never had met him before and I felt treated like an old friend 10/10 on all fronts.

We showed up for a checkup for my kid without an appointment due to a minor emergency. The staff was quite helpful; they registered and booked us to see the doctor within the next 15 minutes. They also billed it under bulk billing. We will definitely go to them again.
