Staff is very caring from the moment you enter the surgery which is a direct reflection from the senior staff and doctors. Dr Russell Townsend addressed complex eye deficiencies including a cataract surgery which was a very professional experience. The care prior, during and after the operation was handled in a very informative and professionally mature environment. The result is an almost perfect vision and I gladly abandoned my glasses after wearing them for 5 decades.

Forever busy, phones don’t work, very expensive

They never answer the phone, Carri the admin lady never called us back as we were chasing some critical information for our Son.
Our specialist went on holidays to the UK and left no information whatsoever to handover. After informing us you shall receive a call back??? Disappointing service!

I have had nothing but trouble. 4 months post cataracts my quality of life has diminished with very poor vision and some discomfort still. I am very sorry I was directed to this surgery.
