Only problem is the bus to there from Sydney cbd does not stop closer then 900m
Little bit of a walk.

Maccas and kfc
Petrol stations next door and near by.

I stayed for a night and it was very good place.The receptionist was helpful as we faced problem with paying and she was patient with us.

We only stayed for one night but it was well priced , good location and the staff were lovely .

No deposit required. Some hotels in Australia require deposits! Great spacious place. Affordable. Quiet. Typical IBIS type hotels. Compact, functional, clean rooms. Keep a note of reception hours. Otherwise, you may have to call at night to get your envelope with keys. Reception is not open 24 x 7 like India! It has an automatic machine for drinks. It has laundry service inside for 4 AUD for cleaning and 4 AUD for drying. It only accepted 1 and 2 dollars, which can be a pain if you are a foreigner. This was my only issue with the hotel! One time cleaning and drying should be free and included in price for those staying for a week or longer! There is a 24 x 7 shop nearby where you can buy eating snacks, buy cheap coffee 1.5 AUD for small and 2.5 AUD for regular size coffee. The shop has mostly Indian reception guys, usually students doing part time job. It is in strathfield. To go to Central you need to take the overbridge and take M90 bus that goes to strathfield station. Then you have access to going anywhere especially in central or harbour near opera house, etc. There are Mc Donald and KFC nearby. The Mc Donald is open 24 x 7 but other shops usually close by 10pm. It has good parking space. There is small TV. There are water boilers, a small fridge, and hangers. There is AC.

Receptionist is super kind. Small but everything you need. No lift but it’s only 4 levels. And bunker bed provide big bed for lower part of bed. Good to have a desk. And shower-toilet and basin&mirror separation gives 2 people access for water at the same time.

Had a great time! Comfy beds and clean rooms. Mamta was very friendly and helpful, she made our stay even better! Great location with very good prices. Would definitely come here again. I read some complains about the bathroom and yes it is small but clean and functional! You wouldn't need more than this.

The Staff are Really friendly & nothing seems to be to much for them.
Also the rooms are excellent, whether it be a room with 1 single double bed to the rooms with a double bed and a single bed up top. And it's price is Excellent considering the fact you have a big screen TV & a Fridge freezer, lovely hot showers and Great cleaners.
I always stay there when I'm in the area.

Price is very good. But room space is very limited.

Had a bit of trouble with the air conditioner in our room. I ask the young lady at reception if there was anything she could do as it was a very hot night. She was most professional, and very helpful, showed genuine carer about the situation and came up with a great outcome. Thank you

The hotel met my needs on this particular occasion and was clean, comfortable and staff were helpful. For a hotel adjacent to a main road and several fast food places and service stations, I didn't notice too much noise. This type of motel is more tailored to budget travellers and business types needing basic accommodation (bed and wash facilities) and no frills...so if ur looking for more, I suggest elsewhere but if you want minimal at a good rate, this is ideal.

Good location. Plenty of Carpark spaces on the premises, Secure. Crisp clean white Linen 😊 Clean rooms. You've got the basics in the rooms. Very affordable prices. I liked it definitely would stay there again Oh yeah and beds are super comfortable ☺ Really liked the management, including the staff who clean there, always working hard and all are friendly. Perfect for a stop over for business of similar. Rooms are small but clean and fresh. Water pressure good and the water hot. A good area to have a a continental breakfast and a coffee is situated by reception. Guest WiFi is strong. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

Usually stay at St Peters Ibis but they are fully booked out this place is really nice as well it’s got McDonald’s and service station and KFC in walking distance little bit hard to get out of building in peak hour traffic but everything else is very nice front desk staff are very helpful and very nice

Service was great, along with the truly comfy beds as said. The rooms were definitely a good use of space. Location was a bit awkward as the entry was from a gas station.

Convenient location. Right next to maccas and KFC. Enough parking, lit all night with cameras. Friendly hotel reception!! Good for a chat and very accommodating. Room was adequate especially for the price

Tiny, but great value. Stayed here to explore Sydney for an extra day. Clean, filter run, quiet and nice staff. If you want cheap and simple, it's perfect.

I enjoyed my stay due to the location. Everything was so handy. staff were great. I will return back here again.

Clean place to stay but carpark is assaulted by IBIS birds. So many, like an IBIS zoo. Lucky they didn't call it "Cassowary Budget Hotel". Friendly people and quiet place to rest.

Really nice budget place.
But sometime noisy .
Second day I stay here . we were so surprise that somebody screaming from nextdoor at midnight.

but overall We really enjoy to stay here .
