I arrived on a Saturday afternoon searching for a solution for integrating my work-issued laptop into my home PC set-up.

Eric (the technician) spent an hour and a half testing my laptop with various potential solutions. Not once did he say that it was too much trouble, nor did his boss, David, complain that I was taking up too much of their time. I ended up keeping the store open for an hour after their usual Saturday closing time (3pm) and left with a purchase of only $25.

If you are after genuine old-fashioned customer service, come to this place!

Really happy with these guys. Usually for good prices it means sacrificing on service/quality, but I can honestly say that d&d have ticked all the boxes!
Their online system builder gave me a price that was hard to beat. Within hours of placing my order they emailed saying 1 item was out of stock but gave me great options on what they did have, then the order was ready for pickup in 2 days.

I purchased my pc back in May. I was in the $1000 budget and had a choice between some well known brands in the laptop category or to build a monster through D and D. I chose the latter and haven’t had a single regret. I was so happy with their service and swift turn around that I even went back recently to purchase my father in law a PC. Would highly recommend this business for all your IT needs. Fair prices, excellent turn around and great service. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Ordered a computer from them with a bit of back and forth on parts. They were patient, professional and helpful.

When I ordered the computer, they contacted me the next day for what I assumed was a question - no, they were just telling me it was done and it was being sent out. It arrived the next afternoon, perfectly wrapped and with instructions all over it on exactly what what to do.

I will be using them for any and all non-trivial IT purchases from now.

Spent a few days researching a possible new computer, finally narrowed down the choice to either D & D or a well known name brand. The final choice came down to the fact that both Ebay and Google have D & D Computers with superb reviews. Could not have been happier with my choice. My computer was built promptly and exactly on time. Communication was excellent and when I went to pick up, I was almost amazed by the customer service. Maybe I have gotten used to ordinary or inferior service, but D & D were excellent.

Great service. Gaming desktop was ready for pickup in a couple of days. They went over everything to make sure it was right, pointed out a mistake in my order & did a refund for the balance. Highly recommend

I called 2 other Computer service shops but this place was the only computer store that would upgrade and service my computer on the day. Other stores would have a waiting list of 3 days.

I came in with the impressions that i would either be ripped off or they wouldn't even know what to do with my gaming computer but they definitely proved me wrong.

There are 4 staff members from what i am aware of but all 4 helped to work on my computer. I bought 2 gaming monitors and upgraded my computer to a new graphics card and cooling system. All 4 staff members were so kind and I am so grateful that they helped work on my computer.

These guys at D&D don't just want to sell you products but they are actually computer experts that want to fix your problem.

Shout out to the Chinese guy at the back who worked on my computer problem and upgraded my graphics card. One staff member actually sat down with me and told me what the best options were for fixing and upgrading my PC.

I bought a custom built pc from them 6 years ago and I was so pleasantly surprised by their service. Every consequent purchase has been a great experience as well. Prices are competitive too, so no reason for me to buy elsewhere anymore.

You only truely know a company when something goes wrong. Without hesitation they were excellent in the diagnostic and replacement of the faulty part. I am extremely impressed with their excellent after sales service.

Bought my son a gaming PC custom built. Performing great 12 months later and quieter than any other gaming machine I have experienced. Efficient and punctual service. Recommended.

Friendly staff and same-day service. Built my custom PC to my specifications and I was able to pick it up the next day. Also very helpful with support and were able to repair my PC within an hour after I broke it a few years later.

I've been buying PC parts from d and d for about 15years now. Their not quite as cheap as some but they give great service and I've never had a negative experience with them or their after sales support.
