Great pharmacy! All the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.

Only bought some masks, 5 stars solely for very friendly service, no “annoyed” attitude I’ve gotten at other chemists

Staff was friendly and went beyond their way to help me. After me, they went with a customer suffering chest symptoms to the hospital close by worried about a possible heart situation. They're fast, reliable, and convenient being just next to the entrance and the medical centre.

Very friendly service, knew what we wanted and happily gave us that. Job well done

Since returning from Christmas Island I have been battling health issues and have had many visits to Terry White and have always receive pretty good customer service.

A big thumbs up to the lady pharmacist who was happy to engage with me and explain everything so thoroughly to me.

A pleasant experience even if I'm sick!

Staff are rude, like they don't want to be there.

Came to this chemist last week on 9th January and I will never step a foot in there and tell others about their disgusting service. Natalie the lady with some blonde in her hair abit older age was in the chemist when my friend and and walked in there to buy a product, as I went to reach for the product my friend and I hear Natalie yell at our kids for just standing at the little toy section. They hadn't even touched anything yet and she loudly yelled at our kids for something they hadn't done. I just put the product back and you lost customers for your rude service. For kids to ask parents to buy those unworthy toys they need to first look at them and then ask parents to buy them for them. But when you just have rude service like that I will never buy anything from you. Simple. Tell your staff to not take out their anger on customer's. Very unprofessional service.

I'd give if I could. Went to get my sons prescription for tamiflu filled they only gave me half the dose that the doctor prescribed which 12.5 ml for 10 days (so I'd need roughly 120ml) they gave me 65mil I relised when I got home I called them they told me I need another prescription and that I need to pay for the other 65ml required even tho the original prescription was for 120 ml . So they didn't fully fulfil my sons script . And ate trying to charge me twice for the same prescription. Absolutely disgusting!! The cost of doctors and having to pay doubbel for his medication is a joke and then thhieres the fact that they have absolutey no empathy and kept cutting me off and would not let me speak.

Possibly could be good, could be terrible. I wouldn't know. Almost 8am on a Tuesday and still closed with no sign of opening even though their hours (on the door) state that they're open at 7. Don't advertise hours you're not willing to be open for.

Extremely unhelpful pharmasist working 5pm sat 31st of july. Couldnt even come assist us properly. Shouldnt have a job like that if that's her poor attitude.
