I wish to share my experience with Bon and his team from Country Care, they were were very reliable, polite, efficient and on time. Due to a problem with settlement Bon worked in with the revised timetable without any difficulty ensuring my very tight schedule was kept. He always maintained great communication! I always used this company when we lived in South West Rocks but since I moved to Port Macquarie I've tried local removals and it was total chaos.
They smoked outside in the middle of the work( I was with my 3 year old son that time)
They didn't tie the fridge and the door opened while they were moving and eggs fell out broken everywhere in the house.
It was sooo stressful.
So when I moved recently, I asked Bon because I knew that he is trustworthy and I don't have to worry about anything.
He and his company is the best in Mid north coast 😍

We moved from the Northern Territory to South West Rocks and even though we used a different removalist, we stored our gear with Countrycare until we found a place. Bon and Sue were so great, super prompt with their email replies and if I couldn’t ever catch them on the phone they would always call back that day. They were super easy going and flexible which made the move over so much less stressful and it was the same when we needed to take our stuff out. 10/10 would recommend!

We needed a removalist who could store our furniture for a couple of days until our 'Move In' date. Every step was made so easy by Bon the owner and our removalist men Dean and Mo. All our furniture arrived in tact, no breakages and smack on time.
We highly recommend Bon and his team with no hesitation.

Bon was excellent to deal with from the first phone call to the last item off the truck at destination.

Bon had great service; he updated me with arrival times as requested. The removalists took care when transporting a grand piano, and checked its function before they left. They were in and out in 10 minutes, great professionalism, service, and quality.
