Brigadoon Cottages

Our family always love staying in the 2 bedroom cottage at Brigadoon.
It’s extremely clean and cosy with everything we need for a getaway.
Michelle and Edward are so kind and always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable.

The cottages are in a beautiful area. It was absolutely clean and nice. Michelle is a lovely host. She did the small little things such as keeping the heater on so we got to a nice warm place. She was always easily approachable and there to answer any questions. Cannot ask for more. Will def visit again.

Our recent stay at beautiful Brigadoon Cottages exceeded our expectations in every way. Our host could not have made things easier or more comfortable for us (thank you Michelle!). Every little detail was so thoughtful and it really made our weekend one to remember. The loft cottage was immaculately clean and so cute and cozy. We loved wandering around the property amongst the birds and wildlife, it was all so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks again.

Brigadoon Cottages feels like a little piece of heaven on earth. The property is beautiful and very well looked after, with stunning gardens and a fairytale-like entrance to it. There is a small forest in the property which is perfect for a short stroll in the bush in the early morning/evening. We woke up to the sounds of kookaburras every morning which was very peaceful.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bed was comfortably made with nice white linen and the indoor fireplace and electric blanket kept us warm all night.

Communication with Michelle (host) was great throughout the whole process, from booking through to check-out. Michelle greeted us upon arrival and gave great tips about the cottage, the property and the area - she recommended some awesome hikes! She also respected our privacy, which is always very appreciated.

There was a plate of complimentary fruit, chocolate and cookies for us at the cottage when we arrived, which was a very nice touch. The attention to detail really shows that Michelle and Edward care about their business and their guests very much.

I highly recommend staying at Brigadoon Cottages.

The host are welcoming, flexible, communication was also great. We were even offered a complimentary upgrade to accommodate our dates, as everything was booked out.

Loved the cottage. Super cute & cosy. Was also fully renovated, love that brand new bathroom feeling!

We loved all the recommendations we got from the host, in order to find local businesses and things to do around.

My boyfriend booked the cottage for my birthday weekend. The host (Michelle and her partner) was very helpful and accommodating, they set up a surprise for me before we arrived! And yes, the cottage was warm and nicely set up when we arrived very late at9pm.😋 The whole stay was pretty amazing. Cottage contains everything we could possibly need. We had wine next to warm and nice fireplace , romantic candle hot spa. Bed was cozy, robe and bedding were super clean and comfy. Also had yummy breakfast delivered to the room💕💖 Michelle was so patient and welcoming, directed us to the best local restaurants and wineries. We will definitely be coming back some other times! And strongly recommend to our friends and family! Big thank again!!! I had a fabulous birthday weekend!!!👍👍👍

Michelle and Edward are very friendly and accommodating with anything you need. Cottage is cosy and clean, had everything we needed for us to use. Bed comfy. Will stay here again next time we are down

Amazing ,mind blowing place to stay for nature lovers.very clean & tidy.i have to emergency stop over with my family on the way Melbourne to Sydney. I found this cottage on Google search and i called them though it was very late in.the evening host Michelle organise me a cottage within 20 minutes. She was on the great host i ever met, absolutely mind blowing, very helpful & down to earth. This time was just emergency stop over next will definitely come for long stay. Highly recommended. And thanks again Michelle for everything

Brigadoon Cottages is up there with the best of the Latrobe Valley accommodation options. Brigadoon's quaint cottages are set amongst beautiful gardens with an abundance of bird life. I frequently visit the area on business and there's nothing better than cooking on the BBQ and enjoying glass of red by the fire pit after a long day at the office. Whether your travelling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend checking out Brigadoon Cottages in Newborough

Such a great little place for a relaxing get away, brilliant atmosphere and the owners are more than accommodating. The cottages are small and cosy with all you would need, highly recommend for anyone looking to relax!

A beautiful secluded spot, with a range of house/room options. Relaxed country atmosphere with hillside views. Lovely, friendly hosts, and lots of animals to see too!

This is a beautiful and unique place. The surrounds make you feel a million miles away from anywhere. The visual delight is matched by the friendly staff and all makes for a great stay.

It's such a calm and quiet place, beautiful atmosphere and amazing grounds to talk a walk around.
And the owners are very accommodating, 24/7. 10/10 would recommend.
