I have been into Lloyd street chemist three times now and I have to say that the staff members that have served me have gone above and beyond each time!! I have to say that Jackie is so very patient and only too willing to help as much as she can. I have a background in customer service as well as being a mystery shopper and Jackie would get 100% feedback from me had I been there in that capacity!! Well done guys and thanks Jackie.
