TM&H Mitre 10

Indescribably helpful & committed team every single time i’ve been there in last 4 weeks. I’m a “clueless renovator” with not a Trady bone in my body. I’m also a big poof & there’s not a homophobic bone in any of the Team - bless ‘em. 1 of my bathrooms got “jooshed” for $200 over 3 days because of the superb advice the young woman in the paint team gave me. Today I got to buy 2 excellent ceramic toilets that will sit fully against the wall (no back breaking cleaning) for $195 each! I can walk in there & say “I have no idea what I’m doing” & I always get the help I need. The STAFF here are what makes this place SUPERB 🤩✅🎉🥰

I've always loved shopping at this store, staff are very helpful, the plant stock is lovely and reasonably priced. Overall it has always been a pleasant experience shopping there.

Excellent customer service and the lady gave me the advice for the spray paint cans that l needed for the of my garage brick entrance.

My experience with TM&H goes back over 10 years. Firstly as a personal shopper then we opened a trade account when my employer did a relocation to get materials and tools. We are always in there due to our nature of work and maintenance. Always helpful, always knowledgeable

Of all the years my family have used this shop we’ve never had anything but amazing treatment, the men at the stihl section are incredible, most reliable place to go to for any stihl equipment

Went to TM & H on Sunday afternoon seeking a specific water filter cartridge as one of the only stockists in the area. The young lady who assisted us was very helpful and directed and escorted us to the filters which we purchased. She also gave good advice re the different potting mixes on sale. I was very impressed with the service given even though it was close to closing time. Great service...so much better than Bunnings in Warragul.

I had an idea of the shed I wanted and Will made it happen, from the start till the delivery Will kept in contact with me, so happy with my purchase and the brilliant service, definitely getting my products from them

Customer service before you get to the door with great selection of plants and seating pleasant entry staff smiling ready to assist. l said l needed a mask shield and helmet to protect me whilst Mowing. Certainly this way please straight away he opened the box and sale transaction as it was added to my Customer card

Screws, nuts, bolts, paint, batteries, globes,in fact to much to mention.plants etc. It's all there folks.

Went to the ladies workshop night was awesome. 7 workshops and dinner and more all free learnt alot thank you so much!

Everyone I've spoken to is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful... Their like a big family... I'm from Melbourne and use usually shop in the big hardware stores but this one has everything we need. I've been there about six times now and love their friendly approach. They even come to you to see if you need any help...Very IMPRESSED!!!!!

Great hardware store with a fantastic variety, budget price goods to top quality goods if your after that quick fix or if you can afford to pay that little bit extra they have the better quality goods.
