The staff here are great, so patient and helpful. I made a purchase without properly researching what I needed , and ended up returning it. These guys (Nathan, Sam and Caleb) were kind and understanding, and offered different options, including a full refund, with no pressure whatsoever. If you want good old fashioned customer service, and good deals, I recommend Harvey Norman Moe.

I bought some fairly high end expensive earbuds from them a month ago for gym. 2 days later they malfunction in various ways. Person who handled my refund/replacement request said it wasn't possible because they had been "in my ears." So they said they'll send them off for repairs and they'd be back in like a week, which was fine. A month later, nada. I go in to check in person, and, despite me already telling them the information related to who I was that they needed so they could bring me up on their systems, which they did, they then ask for my number and name to put on paper to call me back the next day, which they didn't follow up on.

It's getting to the point I'll probably purchase a second pair of earbuds of a different brand from an alternative source as I really need loud music through them for various reasons to effectively block out background noises, such as when I need to ignore very frequent loud random insults, personal attacks, and jeers from groups of other gym goers when I'm trying to focus and concentrate on exercise form under weighted resistance, many of which I"m new to as a new gym goer trying to build muscle and lose weight. Necessitated due to the fact the volume on my old earbuds is dramatically fading due to their age (have had them for 8 years.)

It's unfortunate I have to post such a negative review, as the technical guys there are actually really nice to me, and friendly.

After contacting my local store about stock availability for some phone accessories, the sales assistant, Caleb, was courteous and knowledgeable in regard to my request. Everything I needed was in stock and I knew I could park nearby and have a calm experience. I was so happy with Caleb's service and I bought extra items and he gave me a discount. All my items were reputable brands with 5 year warranty. Very happy with my purchases, great customer service and local shopping benefits everyone.

Very happy with my new camera and tripod I brought last month, thank you to Sam and the store for helping me out on that one. I did have to wait for delivery but it was well worth the wait and very happy customer. :)

Bought large tv(75''). Was able to negotiate very good price including delivery and
installation . Goods were delivered and installed on time,efficiently and courteously. All in all a very nice experience.

Came in there looking at a specific dryer, the lovely lady (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) helped us out straight away! She reassured us that we were making the right decision and helped us out so much! Would definitely recommend going there!

I was in earlier today. I walked in the store behind two other customers. I was instantly impressed by the demeanour of the guy (Stan?) who greeted the two in front of me. He looked both customers in the eye and offered a warm smile and a friendly greeting. I was then greeted with the same warmth. When I asked him a question, he told me honestly and politely that he wasn't sure because he was new but that he would find out. When I told him I needed to get something from my car, he offered to come and help. It didn't feel like he was offering out of obligation, he gave the impression that he genuinely wanted to help me. The smile never left his face and I left with a smile on mine ☺

I have found, on more than one occasion, the Staff at Harvey Norman Moe are happy to oblige with all aspects of customer service. Friendly, honest, professional staff who are only too happy to meet the customer's needs. The range of stock is very good for a smaller store, and the prices are excellent with many a bargain to be found.

Amazing staff who are always willing to help no matter what. Walked in to purchase a Washing machine, Gemma was great to deal with and helped me pick the right product straight away and did me a great deal too. Highly recommended for a local store!
