The Foreshore Rendezvous

Foreshore Rendezvous’s tapas menu is not only delicious it’s very generous. Couldn’t fault any of the dishes. The ‘family recipe’ sriracha cauliflower is a must as is the satay chicken skewers, Spanish meatballs, Crab Rangoon and the churros - fresh baked, yum! They also have some really good Briar Bridge wines.

There’s nothing better than some delicious Tapas and a cocktail or two! We had 8 different tapas between 3 of us and enjoyed them all - YUM! Nailed it Foreshore Rendezvous - 10/10

Super nice breakkie and coffee. One of the best coffee I have ever tried in Toronto. Will definitely come back. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well.

I really enjoyed this place. All 5 dishes we ordered were great. We had the tapas menu. The service was good. Food arrived promptly. We'll definitely return.

We found this hidden gem not long ago. What a lovely place to relax and have a fantastic breakfast with exceptional service. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the special touch to her strawberry milkshake cocktail ☺

You can never go wrong with Hughzies.
I have been dining here for, wow, must be at least 15 years and I have never had a bad experience or meal.
Last week I ordered the pork belly and although it appears to be a small size serving - it's not! It is incredibly filling, tasty, delicious and generous. I only managed to eat about half of this although, I also ordered an Eiffel Tower.
Now the Eiffel Tower is no longer written on the menu but is still served if you request it.
I cannot remember what is in an Eiffel Tower but it does have a shot of coffee, and possibly Brandy, Grand Marnier, Kaluha and cream - possibly.
As mentioned, it's years since I read what was in it but geeze it's good and highly recommended.
If you would enjoy a coffee with an extra kick, ask for an Eiffel Tower.
Of course the staff are always polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful place, service above and beyond. Were kind enough to keep the kitchen open for us to have brunch. Staff so friendly and very accommodating for my dietary restrictions. Will be back!

Just had the best pancakes we've ever had. When you think you can take on the 4 pancakes, think again. Inbetween each layer is more of the toppings. For the price, the food is astronomical.
Our waiter, Dan, was the icing on the cake. He kept the professionalism whilst also being able to have a laugh.
I can't recommend this place enough.

This was a second visit for lunch and both times we have been very happy with the experience. Great location with lake views from inside as well as outside. We had the chicken burger special served with chips. A very generous, healthy and delicious burger enjoyed by everyone. Wait staff are attentive and very pleasant. Can highly recommend and we plan to visit again soon.

What a wonderful place to dine. The food was great. I had scrambled eggs on toast with hash browns. The eggs were perfectly cooked smooth and creamy, there are not a lot of places that can cook them this well. My husband had an omelette and it was delicious. Friendly staff, great service and great views. What more could you want. Thank you to Donna and staff.

We celebrated my partner's birthday with my Mum and Dad. The service was great and the food yummy. None of us could complain about the service or the meals. The menu caters for a light lunch and al a carte meals, with the luxury of having a view of Lake Macquarie.

It's always a joy to dine at Hughzies. The food is consistently good, menu always has something interesting - I had fresh seafood in season, Fettucini Marinara. It was delicious: so were the Stuffed Mushrooms we shared for entree. I always want the recipes when I dine here - joking really, why use your kitchen when you can eat here so well!

Highly recommend the pancakes for breakfast! Absolutely beautiful, best I've ever had. Lovely staff and quick service

This was fantastic, great food and service. We shared 4 dishes between 4 friends and these dishes were the best we’ve had in a long time. They understood our sharing approach and had no problem bringing extra plates out, such a rare experience and so lovely. Thank you, we will be back!
