Tamworth parkrun

Simple out and back run course that follows the Peel River through a series of linked parks. Formed paths follow the river levee bank with a number of short sharp undulations that make finding a comfortable running rhythm challenging. Great friendly atmosphere in a pretty part of Tamworth. Plenty of post run coffee options available.
