Burra Beach Eats

This is the best seaside fish 'n' chips we've ever had, and we've tried a few! Love how they take it so seriously here, with such a varied choice of fish and cooking methods, plus some interesting additions to the usual canon such as Vietnamese noodle salad, which was a fresh little accompaniment to the main course. We'll be back!

The food is awesome, I highly suggest the smoothies as they are the thickest, creamiest smoothies you'll ever taste. The staff are the sweetest and the atmosphere is calm and fun. Love this place so much xx.

Great coffee. Fantastic service. Went in unexpectedly as most more popular coffee places were closed. What a nice surprise turned out to be best coffee I had in the area. They got my wife's annoying "1/4 strength skim chai latte" exactly the way she wanted

Absolutely beautiful team working at this place! Greeted immediately upon entry from back of house, staff popped put immediately to take our order while clearly in the middle of something else during a quiet time. Kind, huge smiles, gentle with the kids, suggested meals for them that they loved. My little one was frustrated and crying from a long car ride - the lady on staff peeled and cut up an orange for him to enjoy. He doesn't even like oranges but he was so happy and ate it all.

Oh, the food. Reminded me of the good old corner shop chips that we used to get wrapped in newspaper. Everything was above average in portion size, reasonably priced (spent $65 for 2 adults) and 2 kids (plus toddler), tasted great. I got the chicken parmigiana, wife got the southern fried chicken burger, kids got burgers, fish cocktails and chips. All happy campers for the ride back home.

Came away for a family get away and found this gem. Great food and friendly staff. Definitely recommend the breakfast options and seafood! Check out my pics for what I had. All food was generous and tasted amazing. Prices were average but quality awesome second to none. Only suggestion would be to have thicker straws for the smoothies. Smoothies were too thick for the straws.

Great spot with lots of nice outdoor seating, the food was lovely, very well priced, we went there when they were so busy and everything was fast and easy. The young lady who served us was so helpful and professional, and the young lad running out the food was incredibly patient and conscientious. Would definitely recommend.

Great coffee 👍 clearly have a good barista or two (went 3 times during our stay in town)
Food was delish but almost too cheap! Really enjoyed the breakie that we had there. We left incredibly sated.
We were seated separately in the takeaway section, so that is the only reason why the atmosphere is lower as it wasn't a dedicated dine in experience. Staff were great.

The food is amazing and the people are too ! The bring your food to the car or out the front if needed and they are always smiling , will be telling everyone how awesome this place is ! ❤

A delicious breaky! We had the breaky burger + BLAAT, both fantastic. Super fast, and the thickest thick shake you’ll find in culburra, tried and tested.

Such a wonderful gem of a place to find. Really lovely cheerful service and the food was amazing. I got a Breakfast Salad which was so huge and filling I couldn’t finish it all. Tasted sooooo good though. Coffee also top notch. Highly recommend 👍

Very fresh and welcoming vibe from entry, kitchen looks clean and staff are happy and can confidently discuss their menu. Fresh oysters tasted fresh and the burgers were unreal especially to come with chips for only $14 and $10 on weekdays. Will definitely be the new favourite takeaway when visiting Culburra

Great food and service. I had a Laksa dine in, it was by far the best Laksa I’ve tasted.

So impressed with this amazing little cafe! The salads are delightfully fresh and flavourful. The portions are huge and the staff working there were just so friendly. I had the chicken rice paper roll for lunch and would definitely recommend it. Then the Vietnamese salad for dinner. So yummy! My family had the Friday night fish and chip special it was huge! Will definitely be going back!
