My daughter and future son in law bought a property and wanted to change the old carpet and tiles. Eric from the Caringbah Decorug store came to the premises and advised on the best course of action and recommended some carpet and wooden floor options. He was very helpful with samples and advice. My daughter and future son in law liked what they saw and went ahead with the installation of new floor boards and new carpet. Eric even advised who could assist in the removal of tiles which turned out to be done very well.
The Decorug team that installed the carpet and the two tradesman Siri and Shinith that laid the wooden floor were very professional and thorough. Siri and Shinith laying the wooden floor were hard working , very calm, polite, courteous and explained everything they were doing. They worked non stop from 9am the through to 6.30pm without a break …. Not even for a cup of coffee !
We were all pleased with the end result….. it looks fantastic and the finish and workmanship are top notch ! We would thoroughly recommend the Caringbah Decorug store and their installation teams.

Look for Andrew he's got good deals and don't waste time. I was in and out in about 10min and got the perfect rug. Thanks Andrew!

Edit: Fast forward almost a month and the rug catches easily and clumps are forming. Maybe it isn't a very high end rug :(

Fantastic help looking for rugs. Zurk pulled pillows and wood that matched our living room furniture to help us decide on a rug. Went above and beyond.

First of all I want to thank Zak for such and amazing service he provided. I walked in to the shop with a vision in search of the perfect rug. Honestly if Zak did not approached me and helped me out I don’t think I would of picked the perfect rug for me. After the purchase I also enquired about the flooring. Again I explained what was in my head and what I have been searching for a while. He showed me the timber flooring and also gone through a look book with me. So I purchased the flooring and I am super excited that I have found everything I wanted at one place. Manager Andrew was also very welcoming too. Zac I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful service and most of all for helping me today. The rug looks amazing like a million bucks ! I can’t wait for my floors to be installed. I can’t believe that I have finally made a decision on flooring too. I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed :)

Excellent service from John (in store). Brought in my cow hide rug bought a couple of years ago (from another store) to get it repaired. Without question John arranged to get the old receipts and offered for a repair. The service and enthusiast that John and his team provided was simply amazing that you don’t get in many retail stores nowadays. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone looking to get a rug. kudos to team carringbah

Great job DecoRug! From start to finish! Andrew (in store) was very professional and informative with advise on new floorboards explaining all the various types and helping us with our final decision and pricing (Chantilly Oak). We were allowed to take samples home which is very important for light and furniture purposes.
We were very fortunate to have Vijay and his Team to lay the floorboards and bonding underlay which was required and they did an amazing job with sheer precision! Every room was thoroughly thought out with the angles of the boards as well as all the finished edges and they took their time to do it properly. Vijay also consulted us in what we also wanted for the finishes and the stairs look fantastic with the proper timber edges. Thank you for all your efforts and job well done guys! It has transformed our home! :) :)
