Midcoast Vets - Urunga Veterinary Clinic

We had to say Goodbye to our cat “Honey” today. Dr. Joel was professional, tactful and very supportive during a difficult time. We can highly recommend their services.

We have been going to the Urunga clinic since moving to Raleigh a couple of years ago.

We attend with our nervous little dog Alfie, for annual vaccinations, checkups and often just pop in for a sniff and some treats from the staff and occasionally buy a toy.
The staff are all amazing, patient and very knowledgeable, especially Georgia in reception and Dr Ceri and Dr Lizzy.

After reading all the glowing reviews I decided it would be the right place to take our pooch who was dealing with a ruptured abscess just below his left eye. Facilities are impeccable, greeted by a lovely receptionist it was not very long before we were seen by an equally lovely vet whom was very gentle with our very sooky boy Luka. treatment was farily straight forward and very reasonably priced. Truly happy with service given and would definitely be coming back if and when necessary.

Can't say enough good things about the staff at Midcoast Vets Urunga. In particular Emma has been incredible with the handling and care of our pet sheep. I would recommend this VET to any animal lovers, they honestly care about the well being of your animal and go above and beyond to assist owners and animals alike.

Extremely grateful of the service provided here! We were camping when our little dog swallowed a fishing hook. The emergency staff were very considerate and friendly and got the surgery done right away. I just wanted to thank the staff one more time for their quick action and saving our fur baby. Keep up the great work!

Great vets, caring and great service

Fantastic care and great service from Dr Emma Packer and team. We were traveling through Urunga and our standard poodle became unwell. The team at Urunga Vets sorted his problems quickly and completely. We also got great advice on preventative care.

Really appreciated the post visit follow up too.

Our little dog Polly was attacked by a big dog and the team at Urunga Vet Clinic saved her life. Emma Packer operated on her and Karen Wilmer was the vet we had most to do with while she was in hospital for 5 days. We are so grateful to the WHOLE team for their care of our little banged up dog and their consideration of us being traumatised by what had happened. They never failed to ring us daily sometimes more often to update us on her progress and made us feel so welcome when we visited her. We cannot speak more highly of their skills, professionalism and compassion for us all.
