Great fish and chips, the batter was just right and the chips were perfect. My Partner had a burger and chips he said it was delicious.
The Staff were very friendly and quick service.
We will definitely be back.

The best hamburger with the works and chips I've had for years. Sat outside at their little table with chairs on the peaceful street . A little coastal gem with great food. I'll definitely be back.
Nothing better than wrestling a juicy giant hamburger when you're hungry!!!!

Great fish and chips , and a big batterd sav . Normally chip shops only give you half a savaloy normally this place gives you the whole thing covered in a crispy batter

Great take away shop. Fast service even when busy. Lovely place to eat down by the water not too far away. Very reasonable prices, $10 for a good sized calamari and chips.

I love this place 🙂 Beautiful fresh fish, great chips, and never too greasy! The burgers are amazing, tasty homemade patties and SO generous in size. Above all, the staff are so lovely, regardless of how busy it is...I'll be back, every week 😁👍👍👍🌟 oh and the potato scallops, yeah just all of it 😉

I believe this shop has then friendliest staff well the regular female server is. She gets to know her regular customers greets them and knows their regular orders. Makes you want to come back and the locals do. So if the locals like the food its a sheer delight to tourists.
It has fresh fish ( forget the imported frozen Hoki) go for the Barramundi.
Also hamburgers, chips, scallops, as well as the usual soft drinks ( dominated by Amatil or better known as Coca Cola), milkshakes and ice creams. Also available is coffee & tea.
You can sit out the front and eat it but a far better suggestions is to take it to the board walk picnic area at the end of the main street behind the caravan park. But be quick as Big Brother Government is quickly fencing off the beach area so they can sell a lease to Reflections Holiday Parks. They used to be OUR beach front cheap family camping areas but not anymore. Does anyone remember the Government asking us the owners if they could convert them to leasehold land?
By the way your food will still he fresh and hot as the Urunga takeaway puts the fish in a cardboard container with nice fresh lemon not wrapped in paper to steam it.
You have the choice of battered, crumbed or grilled ( the best for barra but a little dearer.

We were driving back from the Gold Coast and we've been here before so we called in and got fish and chips they are always nice here and the staff are really friendly so we enjoyed another lot of fish and chips yummy it is only a short drive off the highway but well worth it from mwh

Batter light and crunchy, fish was delicious, pineapple fritter brilliant, and potato scallops sensational.

Just returned from a month's holiday in Portugal and northern Spain where we had some great seafood but none of it could beat the superb fish and chips we just had from Urunga Seafood - juicy crab claws to start then light crunchy batter around moist generous portions of fish and thick chips that taste like potato!!

We just had the yummiest fish n chips and potato scallops takeaway from here. Very fresh oil, lovely crispy chips and great scallops. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked.
Also a good price. Yum!

We just stopped in Urunga to visit The Honey Place (which was gorgeous, and the proprietor was lovely) and we were hungry, so we looked up places to eat. This place was first on the list and we’re so happy we came; the food was incredible! I got calamari, a scallop and a battered sav, and my friend got a schnitzel burger and garlic prawns, and it was all wonderfully fresh! So tasty, definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely beautiful food. I eat here every time I visit Urunga. Perfect burgers, fresh fish and chips……. Calamari rings to die for and the potato scallops are just like they were when I was a kid. A must if you travel through Urunga. Staff are very friendly

Passing through Urunga over the holiday season and came across this little gem. My family and I ordered a variety of things and they were cooked well and tasted great. I have to make special mention of their works burger. Honestly, it was one of the best that I have had in recent memory. This place is a must try if in the area.

Delicious fish and chips! Nice light batter and great chips. Fish burger looked good too, I’ll be getting that next time.
