Absolutely loved it
From the open fire places in each room/ the bottle of port in every room to the big breaky they lay out on a massive antique table the following morning. Not to mention the beauty in the home itself.

Roseneath Manor ruined my Wedding Day!
I had booked in to stay & get ready there. Dates were confirmed with the owner, then a month later I was told I could no longer have the booking as this was the same date as the bird fair & they were giving all the rooms to people going to this event. I found out the owners are associated with the organisers of the bird event. So to people who wish to book this bed & breakfast, just be warned when they say you are booked in/& confirmed doesn't guarantee anything with them.
