Ilkari Restaurant

My partner and I decided to dine for the $89 all-you-can-eat buffet dinner. It was all amazing food, cooked on site by the chef. The desserts were also lovely. The service was really good, with a personal server appointed to each table, who was very attentive. 10/10 would eat there again in a heartbeat.

We have been welcomed very good from the staff.
The place is very tidy , clean and super well look after.
The food is exceptional, the continental breakfast is full of different options from the savory to the sweet one. The quality was amazing and very flavorful.
We were guests of the campground and they give us a discount , we payed 30$ instead of 45$
Very good deal and honestly 30$ Totally worthy.
If I had time , I would have tried the dinner as well.
I will recommend to go.

Great restaurant with friendly staff!
Loved their buffet breakfast and buffet dinner - loads of options for western food, Asian food, gluten free, seafood, desserts, pastries, fresh fruits, juices, made to order Benedict, poached eggs etc. Barista coffee is additional but great value for money, similar price to buffet you pay for in any other Accor hotel in Melbourne city. Book in for buffet dinner to get a seat right away but of course peak time at breakfast might need to wait a short time for a table. So happy with the quality and service, we’d come here again!

We have a breakfast today and its amazing. I'm ordering a coffee from a barista and she make a good coffee and amazing art. Also they serve a high quality food and also really like their smoothie. It's busy but all the staff is doing very well and very welcome.

AMAZING FOOD, beautiful staff. Very very conservative atmosphere, can be a little stressful if you have little ones. But overall great place and something you will remember forever since being so close to Ayers Rock.

Perfect buffet highly recommend this. Reasonably priced, food was fresh, not too much options was just right, wasn’t too overwhelming , staff lovely and restaurant clean :) definitely will come again.

Ilkari is the main restaurant inside Sails in the Desert in Yulara. At night it is a buffet with a great range of dishes. Ot also includes a live cooking station where you can order from about 5 or 6 additional options, cooked to order. Their will be a roast of the day plus fish and usually lamb cutlets and kangaroo. In the mornings Ilkari is the breakfast buffet and now the live cooking station is eggs to order and other specialties. Highly recommend you try this great venue.

Friends recommended here and super glad we visited in June 2023. We had the buffet dinner which was spectacular. Such a great selection including fresh seafood, everything just delicious. Service was awesome too, with out waitress keeping our drinks topped up all night. It's quite expensive, but well worth it based on our experience.

I had a wonderful night! I went there with my family and there was everything for everyone. Everyone from my grandparents to my my 6 year old cousin was satisfied with the food. The only critique I have is that in my opinion the desserts were quite average. The highlight of this place was the service, particularly the 3 waiters who took care of us. A special shout out to Yohan 🇫🇷, Nicholas 🇦🇷 and Caroline 🇨🇦, who made our night extra special, especially Caroline who gave me the chance to practice my French 🤣 (Merci!). It was my Aunt's 40th and they were super accommodating and elegant with the way they served the cake and all. Staff were classy elegant yet super friendly.

The price is absolutely worth it for the variety and quality of food you get. It's super family friendly as well.

Drinks are not included which is something to be aware of, but super worth it because of the variety and quality of food.

Overall a great experience!

Dined here with my wife on our visit to Uluṟu on 4/11/2022. We enjoyed an enjoyable buffet for dinner. The choices were many and the food tasted fantastic. The choices included Indian and Chinese food and a variety of sea food. The desert choices were fabulous as well. Ella who served us even gave my wife a specially prepared plate of sweets as it was her birthday. All staff were friendly and very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Good selection of dishes, fresh and delicious.

Enjoyed the both gluten free & vegan options. Most everything was well labeled and if not the chefs were so helpful. Salads, curries, patatas bravas, roasted veg, and numerous desserts to name a few of our favorites. It was great to have a buffet worth it for gf/vegans and non alike!

We dined on a Thursday night, food was restocked quickly and was of good quality. Good service and overall was a good experience I'd recommend to others who come to visit Uluru.

My favourites: Fresh oysters, cheese platter and charcuterie options, plenty of condiments, great gnocchi and pesto pasta cooked up by the chef, perfectly cooked lamb cutlets and quite the selection of desserts.

Some may say it's a smaller selection of food given the price but I thought it was compensated by the good quality food.

Excellent had breakfast as well as lunch here. fast and friendly service I have allergies and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was catered for and looked after. Well done, would not hesitate to return here on my next visit to Uluru.

Ilkari is exceptional, everything about it. The food is outstanding and the service impeccable. We have dined in some of the finest restaurants in the world and Chef Patrice has recreated a feeling of bringing every fine restaurants menu to one place in Ilkari. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT - highly recommend it
