Giro Osteria

This place is amazing! I brought my mum and grandma here for Mother’s Day and they also loved this place. The staff were lovely and helpful and the food was incredible. I can’t wait to come back :)

Get together with friends for lunch.
With 8 of us, the table we had booked was quite small, but our young waitress was happy to slide another table across to give us a bit more room.
I was going to have the gnocci with butter, sage, and Gorgonzola, but once I found out there was lobster linguine on the specials board, I was sold.
That, along with the scallops (also on the specials board), made fir a great meal.
In fact, everyone in our group was very pleased with their meals.
Our waitress was polite, beautifully spoken, and attentive to our needs, without being overbearing.
The only down side was the faint whiff of sewage we detected (sitting outside) on occasions during our meal.
Aside from that, everything was perfect and I would not hesitate to come back again to sample more items on the menu.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with authentic, mouth-watering scents of food you cannot wait to eat. The servers guide you through a perfect restaurant experience, exhibiting the importance of rich and kind customer service, which can only be understated. The food was as I expected, prepared and cooked to perfection with a perfect blend of elements that have you wanting more.

Our waitress in particular was the best part, she was so lovely, was super friendly and conversational and deserves a big raise!

We enjoyed all aspects of this delightful dining experience. Food was fresh and delicious, staff were amazing... we'll be back!

Exceptional service, delicious food, great ambience.

We had to make a last min booking for 12 people and they were able to fit us in. We had the $88pp Banquet and the food was amazing - everyone loved it.

We were seated outside which was a worry at first given it is beginning to get colder at night however with the blinds down, the temperature was just right.

Food and Drink service was quick and was of very high quality.

The service from all the staff was better than we had expected and they were very accomodating for our requests.

Highly recommend - whether its a date lunch for 2 or family dinner for 12.

Always have an amazing experience at Giro hence why we keep coming back. We love the staff who we’ve come to know and the food never disappoints. We had the vodka rigatoni and prawn linguine. Both of which were ridiculously tasty. Of course we’ll be back

This place is amazing! The food and cocktails are always delicious and the service was excellent. Mia was our waitress and she was very professional and showed great work ethic.
For the food, we ordered the tuna carpaccio, squid, the burnt butter gnocchi and the steak. Could not fault anything! Salted caramel espresso martini’s and the tiramisu is also a lovely way to end the night on a sweet note. Thank you Giro for always making dining a special experience.

We truly enjoy our experience when we eat at Giro Osteria.
I've given a 4 for atmosphere as it is always very noisy (just like being in Italy) if you sit inside. Sitting outside is much "calmer" for us "seniors". Susan (Perth, regular visitor to the Shire, my home)

Me and my partner regularly come to Giro Osteria and every time we are blown away by the service and food quality. We decided to celebrate a family members birthday and was not disappointed. Brought our own cake and they were so accommodating and brought it out at the perfect moment and kept it a surprise. Sandra is an amazing person and was so lovely and kind. Couldn’t recommend Giro Osteria more for any sort of occasion or just a casual dinner out. Thank you guys so much for the great experience.

Went for a Sunday lunch here and it was lovely. Staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Food was absolutely delicious and full of flavour!

We have been to Giro several times and as always enjoy our meals. The service we got was excellent and so welcoming.

Partner and I came here recently and the lobster pasta was delicious. The portion size was enough for 2 people and plenty of decent sized pieces of lobster in it too. Will definitely come again in the near future.

I had an incredible experience from start to finish! We ordered almost all entrees…. Mortadella, tuna carpaccio, zucchini flowers, burrata, figs prosciutto, arrancini were all simply delicious! To finish up we had one of the specials of the day: smoked Bistecca!

My partner and I had a fantastic experience at Giro Osteria. We had the 6 course chef’s selection menu. The food portion size was very generous and service was fast despite being a busy night. All food and wine was incredibly delicious - especially the tiramisu for dessert at the end! I can’t wait to return to try more of Giro’s menu.

Got a voucher for Christmas and went on a date night.

Food was amazing, the southbeach cocktails were immaculate, every staff member was lovely and amazing to deal with. Could not rate this place higher will definitely have to revisit.

Love the old style of the waiter informing you of what's in the menu. He remembers your orders!
Nice variety of wines to choose from.

what a wonderful find!! amazing Italian cuisine all so fresh and beautifully presented. they also cater for vegetarians, vegans and have gluten free options. my sister comes here regularly for their fresh gf vegan pasta & raves about it. i tried their special of truffle gnocchi and have to say it was the tastiest i have ever had!! hubby had the lobster pasta, had a taste and it was amazing. entree’s were also so tasty - recommend the arancini & zucchini flowers. friendly staff, great service and what a view. highly recommended for a lovely luncheon or dinner dining with friends :) ps. try their specialty cocktails - we had the chilli margarita & ended up having more than one they were so good!!

I have been many times. The food is always great. I must say though on Friday night even though the restaurant was extremely busy and the register was down our waitress was very professional and helpful. Very impressed. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. As per usual when we dine at Giro Osteria ! You lost a star for the atmosphere, but that is not your fault, as nobody expected a full day of rain which caused you to have all the tables moved under the roof. It got a bit crowded, but that adds a bit to the atmosphere as well. The young lady who took care of our table did a brilliant job ! All good ! Compliments to the chef as I chose the John Dory special and the preparation of the fish 'en papillote' was a great idea and tasted delicious ! Keep it on the menu ! Thanks. p.s. the last two questions are not relevant for our dining session and pls ignore the answers, but had to answer something in order to be able to send my input.

We were gifted a gift voucher to this restaurant. I would like to say it was a pleasant experience, the food and drinks were great, nothing beats proper italian pasta than from an italian restaurant. I would like to mention our super lovely Waitress Sandra, she was so sweet, made our baby daughter feel so comfortable by talking to her and being so lovely and patient while explaining the menu to us, she had a great big smile and observing her with other patrons, she was definitely a favorite.
