Went and stocked up on the bone marrow chews and asked the lady about something for my Frenchies dry snout. After realising they had sold out of the product, the lady went out the back and gave me her one for her dogs. So kind and generous. Thankyou

Had a great first experience at Bassendean Pet Food Supplies. We were helped by Trish and she was extremely helpful and informative when we were enquiring about moving our cats over to raw food. All products are ethically sourced, natural and Australian made. Our cats are extremely fussy eaters, but they seem to love the new raw food. Trish even gave us a bunch of samples of dry food to try to see which the cats preferred. Trish obviously very passionate about what she does and it shows. Great shop and service and it will most definitely be our new shop for our cat food going forward.

what a awesome person is Tricia given us lot of advise on different food that is available in the store. The store has a great choice of pre cooked meals for your pets. Tricia really knows her stuff and the store has lots of Australian made products and just a happy place with low prices. A great place to go to.

This shop has a humongous range of pet food, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to find & easy parking with reasonable prices. We took our 3 dogs there today & we all enjoyed the experience & our fur babies were offered treats & samples 😊

Trish was extremely helpful and open with her advice in regards to a weight loss diet for my male Maremma - great in the fact that she actually knew the breed.

Love love love Bassendean Pet Food Supplies! Ive been a customer for a long while, I also volunteer in animal rescue and currently have 18 cats & 2 dogs in my care. When I fell on hard times last year and beginning of this year Tric so very kindly donated months and months of top quality food to feed ALL my furbabies! She does so much for animal rescue and for a small business this is incredibly generous! She is extremely knowledgable and myself and my animals have certainly benefitted from the advice she has provided.
Today I visited again to buy my regular food order and mentioned that one of my dogs was having a particular issue. Without thought Tric donated a bag of food that she believes may improve my dogs condition. She also donated two huge covered litter trays that she had seen and purchased herself for my beloved cats! That's the kind of lady she is.

Excellent service. The ladies who run the shop have a life time of knowledge bout pets (ours was a dog). We have purchased fresh pet food every other week for the past few years. Highly recommend the shop and service.
