Great product and exceptional service. Eco shades did our entire house after a Reno. Jack helped us choose the right product for our place and our needs, we went with Verishades which are amazing all in one sheer and block out product, we also got honeycell for bedrooms which blocks out the light, game changer for our little kids, no more 5am wake ups!!! We are more than extremely happy with Eco Shade Solutions. We had 18 shutters installed in our newly re-built dining room. To say that it looks amazing is an understatement. Right from the first enquiry, to Jack who did the measuring and to Ryan who did the installing (might I say on a long weekend Sunday), this experience was nothing short of sensational. Wonderful people to deal with, so professional from start to finish. We would highly recommend Eco Shade Solutions to anyone who is looking for a superior job and wonderful service. Just as an add on, we have now had the whole house done in the shutters. Once again, a wonderful job from start to finish. A minor hiccup with the supplier, but that was out of Eco Shade's hands. It was sorted very quickly by the wonderful Nadene, and our order was put through very quickly. Ryan the installer is such a lovely bloke, very friendly and is expert at what he does. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is perfection in all aspects of his work. Very professional and skilled. Also Jack who came out to measure up for us is the same. Friendly, knowledgeable and gave us some great advice. All round a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend EcoShade Solutions to anyone looking for great service, terrific product and a fair price. Just as an add on today the last of the shutters were installed by the wonderful Ryan. I can only give 5 stars all round.From the beginning with Nadene and Jack measuring to Ryan installing. From the initial consultation to the installation, EVERY SINGLE PERSON, whom I came into contact with, was helpful, professional, and exceptionally timely in their correspondence.

I initially made an enquiry back in June, and the consultant, Jack (a HUGE ASSET to this company), was in my front door within 48 hours. He explained to me the various options, showed me samples, didn't rush me, and measured up on the spot. The very next day, I got the quote.
I compared a few local companies, but this one came out on top by miles!

I was made aware of production delays, which in this current climate I understood. However, they still kept me updated and responded to any queries I had along the way.

This week, we had the installation. RYAN IS AMAZING! Another solid credit to this company. He was friendly, informative, kind, respectful, and did everything so easily! He cleaned up along the way and put everything back that he needed to move.

Overall, my experience with this company was 10/10, and I definitely have no hesitation in recommending!!!!

We were given a very competitive quote which we accepted, and we told that it would take 2 to 3 months for delivery and installation.
We were kept up to date on the expected delivery date and the products arrived as expected.
The installer, Ryan was very helpful and did a great job.

So happy I chose EcoShade Solutions for my plantation shutters. They were an exceptional company to deal with from the very first contact.
The advice at the time of quote and measure from Jack was fantastic and whilst we were already aware of the waiting period (which was the same with all companies), Nadene in the office always kept us updated with delivery expectations.
Once they arrived, Yuen was quick to book installation time that suited me, and had them in in no time.
Wow….they look amazing….exceeded my expectations. I had a bay window and 3 other windows done and I will be having them back to do my bedrooms in the near future.

Great service from EcoShades - Jack, Nadene, and Ryan were all absolutely lovely and very helpful, and we are so happy with our beautiful shutters! Will definitely be using them again for our other windows after renovations.
